Nice small guesthouse with a great host. The location is very good, on a surprisingly quiet alley in a busy area of the city. The coffee shop downstairs is nice and serves good coffee and drinks for a reasonable price.

I would have appreciated a better selection of food for breakfast in the coffee shop. However, there are plenty of options in the neighborhood. A bedside lamp or light switch would be great.

It’s all about people. from the very first second you get a feeling of home there. You are totally taken care of by friendly staff. The room is spacious and cosy. The hotel offers a laundry service by absolutely affordable price. The coffee house downstairs is extremely nice and offers a delicious coffee experience. I was presented a cute gift on departure, which was such a moving gesture. Thank you guys for your caring attitude and hospitality!

The only thing is a location. it’s very local, however still very close to the main streets with cafés and markets.

This is a budget hotel that feels like a boutique hotel. It has an infinity pool on the top floor, and a charming coffee shop on the ground floor serving many coffee/tea/juice drinks & basic breakfasts. My booking included free breakfast, so that was great! My room was clean & comfortable, and was larger than I expected. Simple room, no frills, but the bed was soft, everything worked, and the bathroom was clean. I loved that the area was very quiet (no clubs, construction, or karaoke), and that's hard to find in HCMC. I was able to spend a week there quite nicely while I searched for an apartment in District 2. The hosts were very hospitable and always around to help; they run a top-notch hotel! I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not many choices for breakfast. More food options, even paid options, would really improve the hotel. The room decor could also be improved, it was pretty basic. But these weren't problems for me, I still enjoyed this hotel very much.

Almost everything was perfect. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I really enjoy the cafe downstair. And they even have a garage for me to put my bike. Oh and did I mention a swimming pool? Personally I like the location being in District 2 since a lot of my friends live around that area, and if you are looking for chill and not so crowded places to hang out, I would highly recommend. Plus it is very near the highway, so you have easy access to the majority of the city.

I think the room could do with some more warm lighting. Since both the bedroom and bathroom use white lights. The blanket I think could use a different fillings, since the one that I had, the fillings usually shift to one side, which makes it not very comfortable. Still this didn't take away much from my experience though.

Amazing place for peaceful and relaxing holiday. friendly staff, always respond quickly to requests. Very clean, new furniture and renovated rooms. amazing coffee shop on the ground floor, you also can order breakfast. Nice pool and parking. This place is perfect in every way if you have a bike because it's about 20 minutes by bike from the city center. I drive a bike so for me it was the perfect place for two weeks.

The kitchen could use a refurbishment and air conditioning, but still had everything needed to prepare a meal.

I wanted to get out the main city and this place had a pool and coffee shop on site. And the price is very good. so for me a win win. coffee was good.staff friendly and helpful. kitchen is a big bonus too. I did cook myself dinners.

it’s pretty much a local area, banks and shops are located close by. I didn’t sleep well as bed is way too hard. and lumpy old pillows shame as the room is lovely. Note to others.if you wish to go into city you’ll need to spend each way. or navigate buses. I used grab 200,000 vnd each way, and 278,000 vnd to airport,

The room has airco, bath room, refrigerator. It's is located inside a cafe were you can order food and drinks. The best part is they have a swimming pool on the 6th floor. I swim everyday there. 😃

It's far from district 1, i take the public transport to the city center, so not a big deal. Only the public transport after 7 pm there is no bus back. So can't make it late, but you can always use the grab or taxi.

The room was spacious, a pool was just amazing and the shared kitchen was well-equipped. There is a café on the first floor, staff and the owners are extremely nice.

The location is a bit far from the downtown but there is a bus stop nearby. Taking approximately 40min to the downtown.

Awesome stay. Very fast 5G wifi with a desk, so it was perfect for remote work. Had a small kitchen if you wanted to cook your own food. Nice small pool at the roof. It was just what I was looking for.

Sometimes the shower water could have been a bit warmer, but it wasn't too bad.

It was just what I needed clean and comfortable so good by the 2nd day I extended it to 7 not in the centre but not too far away and the price is great
