The staff were super lovely and always helpful with every request and question. The family suite was spacious and perfect for a family or a group of friends to stay with a large living room, a kitchen, and multiple beds. The bunk beds also looked of pretty good quality. The breakfast was decent.

The lighting was the main issue for us; with the skylight, it was impossible to sleep after sunrise around 5 am. Also, one of the large beds had a mattress with a visible slope towards the middle, which made it hard to sleep.

Gorgeous huge room for our group, there were 3 of us but would’ve fit up to 5 if needed! It felt like a home away from home? It was so comfortable and still cosy despite the huge size of the space. It is a 5 minute drive from Efteling, which is why we stayed. So convenient for this! We managed to get parking outside our room every day so whilst it says it’s limited, we were fine. The owners also gave us loads of options prior to our visit if we needed them, if the car park was full. We checked one out, and it was very close. We only met the owners once on check out but he was really cool, a really nice guy. I was worrying about how to pay the city tax and he just sorted it for me, and explained how it works around the Netherlands (as we were travelling around the country!). Also worth noting this is near 2 Albert Heijn stores if you need to do shopping! We adored this hotel, it was one of our favourites on our 10 day trip. If you have kids, the family rooms are the best I’ve ever seen, the bunk beds are super cool for kids.

Literally the only thing was that the instructions to get to the car park were a little confusing as there’s another courtyard nearby so we got a little lost…but that’s probably our fault being stupid and tired upon arrival! It certainly isn’t enough that I’d worry about it, especially if you don’t arrive at 11pm like we did lol

Great big studio, very comfortable, very clean and well located. Check-in was done online and retrieved key from a lock box outside with no trouble.

Would have liked a lock on the bathroom door, considering 7 people were sharing the studio. Also smell was a bit stale when we arrived but to be fair, they had a fan running to try to clear it. No bath towels were provided. It’s more akin to air bnb than a hotel as there were no facilities available during our stay, reception wasn’t open etc. That didn’t matter for us but just to be aware.

Great family room option with a big room. And good location for quick access to the amusement park. Really nice staff.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, for a family place maybe at least a kid pricing would help. Also the bathroom layout wasn’t the best, for a shared family room it had a big glass sliding door and the toilet in front so everyone heard (and smelled) everyone else.

A great room for our family - plenty of space to spread out with a table and chairs as well as bunk beds for the boys. Make sure you check in online beforehand as there was no-one there to do so with and they send you the information via e-mail on how to receive the key. That was all fine though and we had no problem getting in and out of the room. There is a supermarket (Lidl) nearby which was handy. Breakfast was delicious. Close enough to Efteling to walk, although probably not if you're carting heavy bags (Efteling has a left luggage service though which was very handy).

Nothing - all good

Breakfast was continental....it was delicious! The bread was warm, the orange juice was freshly squeezed and the pastries were great. The coffee machines were also good. The Breakfast was a big plus for us

There was nothing we didn't like. For a family of three on our way to efteling, it was what was needed.

Helpful reception. Rooms were great. 15minutes walk from Efteling theme park, really appreciated the location especially seeing how crowded the carpark was upon leaving.

Easy self check in, huge, quality room. The kids loved the high 3 tier bunk bed, but were too scared to sleep on the highest one so bear that in mind if you'd need to use it. Location was great, very near Efteling and restaurants and facilities in town but also nice and quiet.

Not a complaint as such but we felt for the size of room the children's beds could have been partitioned off so we didn't have to creep around in the dark after their early bedtime.

Comfortable room with a spacious bed and clean bathroom and toilet facilities. Buffet breakfast had a good and varied range of food and cold and hot drinks.

An hiccup in the breakfast time availability on the second morning of the stay was a delay of one hour. The bedroom did not have wardrobe or furniture to hang or store clothing. Additionally, a four-pegged metal wall hanger was loosely fitted and could not serve to hang any clothing etc.

The instructions provided were exceptionally clear. The place is beautiful, with thoughtful and elegant decor.

The kitchen is spacious but could benefit from better equipment. The apartment was slightly chilly, and adding towel hooks in the bathroom would be a useful improvement.
