- The staff were super nice and helpful. - The breakfast buffet had some pretty good choices and was always amazing. - The room we got was on the top floor with an amazing balcony, was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. - The central location made it really easy to go the the supermarket (Spar), many restaurants, shops and the beach. - Parking was never an issue. - The hotel's bar was pretty good too.

- Noise is the only slight downside. Music from the bar would sometimes play late at night and we'd have to close the windows to be able to sleep which then made the room quite warm. Paying for the A/C (€6 per day) fixed the warmth problem.

Pool area and our room 406 was excellent, breakfast was fine and location was superb

Noise from Sambuca bar went on to after 4am, basics like AC and safe were extra charge, Had a late flight and to keep room until 5pm was an extra €70, Offered a courtesy room for €10 which turned out to be staff facilities (shocking) Considering this hotel isnt cheap in relation to many other we have stayed at, it didnt warrant value for money.

The breakfast was very good and plenty to eat. The location is great and a short walk to the beach. We stayed in a Family Suite which exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was fine. Spacious room, large and comfortable bathroom. In a relatively quiet place.

It is unacceptable when it is 40 degrees outside, for guests to pay 6 euros per day for air conditioning. The breakfast is not varied and a person from the staff pours on your plate an amount at his discretion. In 7 days, the towels and sheets were changed once. The maid cleaned very well - this is a positive rating for the hotel. Overall, everything else was good.

The room cleaning can be done more intensively. It seemed that nothing besides emptying the trash can, was done.

We loved this place, the pool, the room was amazing the beds were incredible and it was exceptionally clean. The pool area was amazing! Gutted we won't be able to come back for a few years as its going for 12 year old and over. We certainly will return when we can. Thank you!

Everything at the hotel was all clean tidy and well done. Room was cleaned everyday but sunday which is understandable. The breakfast was adequate for what you need. And the bar was fantastic. The family and staff greeted us with open arms.

Everything was good. Only thing that is needed is another space to put your clothes as if there are 4 guests, 1 wardrobe isn't enough

The location is great, the pool area is modern, clean and lovely. The bar is amazing, very cool and has two pool tables. The food from the restaurant was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly

We only stayed 1 night so it was not to much of an issue but having to pay 6 euro a day for aircon over a week would feel a bi much

We had a suite in the newer part of the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was amazing - huge and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and responsive, both before and during our visit.

It is on the main road, so very noisy, even by the pool. However, when all the windows were closed at night, it was better. We needed air conditioning, but that was €6 a day extra. For the price of the suite, it should have been included. There was a small area to hang a few clothes, but nowhere to put underwear, t-shirts etc., so we lived out of our suitcases. There is a huge pouffe in the bedroom which serves no purpose, so a chest of drawers would be so much better. The details showed there was a tea/coffee machine in the room, but there wasn’t, but there was a kettle.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating, it’s a family run hotel with Speiros & Katerina (owners) and all the staff having excellent hospitality skills. We would definitely recommend to a friend and will be visiting again.
