The property and staff at this hotel are unmatched!! From the wait staff at breakfast (which was incredible), to the front desk staff, we found nothing compared at the other hotels we visited while in Italy. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly as we wanted it. Front desk helped to arrange a boat trip to Capri, as well as taxi/shuttle service while traveling around neighboring cities. While exploring outside the hotel, the front desk made it super easy by pinning our location via WhatsApp and they arranged transportation back to the hotel or to another location hassle-free. Also, took some "me time" at the spa with a Lymphatic Massage. Incredible! The staff is filled with exceptional customer focused staff that we can't wait to come back and visit. Remarkable people! Can't wait to come back!!!

From the minute we arrived we were delighted with our choice of hotel. Even though it was a bit outside village they had shuttle bus to bring you to village/train station. Reception staff were fab and very helpful, Vincenco the driver was very nice. Patrizia, Tanya and Zaira in the Eden Spa were really great. Pool was fab. Restaurant staff were top professionals

The hotel is just exceptional- the grounds are beautiful and perfect for a romantic stroll in the evening and is quite stunning when lit up - pool setting is private and just large enough- we had breakfast outside on the balcony every morning just looking at mount Vesuvius! Great choice of food at the buffet and you could ask for anything off menu as well. We loved the bar, just really relaxing for an evening drink, with piano music playing in the background and luxurious chairs to sink into - we were also given free appetisers with each visit, which were different every time. The restaurant was also lovely with a large choice, but they were also happy to accommodate you if there was something else you really fancied. Hotel had beautiful high ceilings and is spotless throughout. We used the shuttle a LOT and if not available the reception staff organised us a taxi just by a quick WhatsApp message. We were just 5 minutes from the local stations - really easy access to Sorento through to Naples. It was so cheap ,about £1.50 each way to Sorrento. The best thing about the hotel were the staff though, they were professional yet so welcoming- we really felt like we were being looked after and were made to feel very special the whole trip We will definitely be returning!!

The plug sockets in the room need a quick fix as a bit loose

Beautiful hotel with excellent views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Exceptionally clean, with a lovely sized bedroom and bathroom. The staff are absolutely superb (special mention to Vincenzo and Gennora) and really make the stay special. The location is perfect for exploring the Amalfi coast, or visiting Capri or Pompei. You can walk to the local town, although it is a hilly 30-40 min walk. Breakfast & the hotel restaurant were both very good.

The hotel is really popular for weddings, so there was loud music until late for several of the nights we stayed. It didn’t bother us too much but just be aware if that’s something you want to avoid.

The personnel take pride of the service in this hotel. It is excellent. The hotel is located in remote area but surrounded by beautiful park. There is a garden restaurant serving excellent meals. Rooms are very comfortable and swimming pool is big with many sun beds available. I need gluten free breakfast and was amazed by the choice given to me. They even prepared fresh croissants for me🤩 The view from terrace during breakfast cannot be beaten. One can enjoy the Neapolitan Bay and Napoli. Car park on site.

Everything was excellent. I could only wish for swimming pool to be open longer than 8pm.

We were upgraded to a room with a sea view as soon as we arrived which was a lovely surprise. Our room was spacious & well turned out, with great thoughtful practical facilities. A stunning Hotel with excellent Dining & Bar - don' miss the delicious breath-taking breakfasts over-looking Mount Vesuvius with gorgeous orange grove gardens below. Situated in a great location to travel to Pompeii & Naples and then along the Southern Amalfi coast. All the gorgeous finer details along with exceptional staff made the stay super special - unforgettable.

It was the time of year we visited that meant the outdoor pool was too cold to use. I would have liked clear information beforehand that this was the case - that the pool was cold at this time of year.

Incredible breakfast choice. Exceptional. Dining was tremendous. Excellent staff. Nothing too much trouble. Vincenzo & Gennaro stood out. Genuine and friendly and super professional. Two pompeii sites within 10 mins walk of the hotel. The decor is stunning. The views. The gardens. Eating amongst lemon trees at night. The excellent pool and pool bar.

An irregular free to use shuttle service into & out of the town. The town is quite alarming to drive in - as a non local.

La location invidiabile

The staff were exceptional. They always went the extra mile to help and make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel facilities are excellent. The gardens are impressive and the bar / seating areas are perfect for evening drinks. We enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop which had amazing views of the sea and mountains. We had couple of dinners at the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service provided. We also recommend trying the spa facilities and massage. The gala dinner and live music were a nice gesture. Although we only missed the dinner itself as we returned late from a day trip, we enjoyed the dessert and live music.

I really can’t fault it. We had an issue with ants in the bathroom on the first night. This was dealt with professionally by staff who offered alternative rooms until it’s was cleaned next morning. The hotel location would require a car to get to nearby venues and beaches.

The hotel is among one of the most beautiful ones I have ever visited. I felt like a princess in a wonderful castle. The garden is very well maintained, the common areas are astonishing, and the rooms are well decorated as well. The front desk is super helpful and overall service is really good. Would definitely come back to spend some relaxing time.

Those are minor points, but worth mentioning: During my stay (5 days in September) the hotel had 3 weddings on the property (on 3 different days). It did not harm my experience but until 22h there was loud music that entered the rooms, and the parking lot got a bit crowded. Also, the breakfast options were the same every day (good quality, though) and the restaurant staff was not as attentive as the front desk.
