The hotel looks pretty new and is clean, there is underground parking if you need it. The rooms are clean and nice, comfortable beds and a nice position of the hotel in the city. There is a restaurant around the corner, as well as an ATM machine. Modern SPA, with warm water on both pools. There are 2 open showers and 2 private ones (inside the men/women bathrooms).

The bath robes would be nicer to be located in the room so that you can change in the comfort of your room directly.

We stayed at the hotel for the third time. The Hotel has good location in the city. Relatively quiet. Staff is nice, the underground garage is also great. The breakfast was perfect! Our favorite older server still working there who is always very nice to us. In the reservation we would like an extra bed, and we got it!

Cleanliness could be better in the hotel. The carpet in the corridors is quite stained, as is the room. the room looks clean at first, but a closer look reveals that it is not. In the bathroom, there is black mold next to the bathtub, and the outside of the trash can is also dirty. The previous guest must have had a dog, because the remote control was chewed apart. I don't even understand this, why didn't anyone notice this when the room was being cleaned? The wall surface under the TV cabinet was also dirty. With a little attention, it would be a very good hotel, it just needs more attention to cleanliness and renovations.

I always stay here when I'm in transit, and I would say that everything its good, starting with quite around hotel, safe parking in hotel underground parking, good and rich breakfast and really nice personel that are more than happy to answer you at any questions.

I would not say that its a big minus because we could open the windows, but AC didn't worked. Also the carpet on the floor had stains.

Localization is perfect, the rooms are big enough. Staff very friendly and always helpful Parkig in the basement for the car for free

The quality of the juices at breakfast doesn't really correspond to the hotel category. The hotel could offer something better. It wouldn't be a bad idea to offer a bottle of water the first time

Really great place. Breakfast was good, staff we're nice and ready to help you with anything you need. Near to the city center. When I was there, there was a festival about 50-100 meters from the hotel, however, the room is very soundproof, I didn't hear anything.

I don't think the room toilets (including flush buttons) are being cleaned on a regular basis. There were fingerprints overall on the chromed surfaces, probably originating from previous room guests. Didn't seem very hygienic, anyway.

The hotel is clean, well located (in the city center), the rooms are spacious. There is parking on site in the underground garage. The breakfast was tasty, varied and the waiters always attentive to any need.

Lack of means of entertainment, pool table or ping pong table. Lack of restaurant services for dinner

The best location in town, everything is within walking distance.

The staff (Reception) could do a bit more customer service practice and politeness, a smile or polite behaviour sometimes means a lot...

The boiled eggs in the second breakfast and on. The silence on the fourth floor. Fast check in/out.

The hot tub was cold. The maid doesn't put more essentials (soap) and the floor doesn't vacuum daily. Only scrambled eggs in the first breakfast.
