No clear mention of what the breakfast means. You are receiving a ticket for each day of your stay and, you can go to Cafe Foria and choose a croissant and a coffee.

We loved our stay here, the host and staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was great. Not so much in the tourist zone which was perfect for us but still really accessible with lots of restaurants and the metro close by. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was stunning, with the arboretum opposite. Thank you for a very nice stay.

The breakfast wasn't amazing but was okay, it would have been good if there was a more savoury option, but overall we were still really pleased.

The room was perfect for my needs - I had enough space for my yoga mat, the bed was comfy, the bathroom modern and the view from the balcony just marvellous! One can really find peace and relaxation looking over to the botanic garden. The breakfast I had in a small bar close by, which was delicious and the staff very nice. The appartment is easy reachable by foot from the train station and the old town. Perfect to explore Bella Napoli, I will come back for sure

The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was nice and clean, for the price it was really good. Everything was more or less close, we travelled like 30 minutes to get somewhere. The breakfast was tasty.

They didn't have a non-sugary option for the breakfast (so that's a problem for people with diabetes) but I guess this one could be an italian thing. The walls are thin, but it didn't bother us too much.

Luigi is amazing! So friendly, helpful and nice, thank you for everything! It’s a nice affordable place to stay in Naples. Good value for money. I traveled alone as a woman I felt safe, on the streets also. Breakfast place was nice too.

It’s really noisy.. I couldn’t believe the previous opinions but it is unfortunately. And I would like to draw your attention that the doorbell number is 14 and you have to go to the 4th floor. It’s not obvious… :)

The staff were AMAZING! Luigi stayed up into the early hours of the morning in order to let us in when our flight was delayed and Vincenzo (the b&b manager) was great at communicating even late into the night. The room had a clean, high functionality bathroom, with an impressive hairdryer and a nice shower. In the main room the aircon could be set to whatever temperature you wanted and kept us cool even in the 40 degree heat. Overall, amazing stay!

Excellent ratio value for money. Efficient communication with the owner and her assistant. We could leave our wheelies at the B&B before checking in at 1pm. Very good location. There was a fridge in the room, as well as air-conditioning , which came in handy, too.

The door to the room and the single bed were loud, i.e. squeaking. These were however minor downsides and are surely fixable.

Stay in Naples was comfartable. Place is close to the main communication and city centre. There is around many restaraunts with very tasty food. People are very friendly and helpful. Owner of place - Vincenzo is a good guy. I can truly recommend this place.

The lock in the bathroom is not working well and we couldn’t close the door at all sometimes
