The room we were staying in was very elegant and well equipped and the staff was always very kind and friendly. Everything was kept always very clean and the possibility to have breakfast on the terrace overseeing the port of Ancona was very nice experience. There was always personnel of the hotel on the reception no matter which hour and the guys arranging the parking situation around the hotel were doing a great job. The breakfast buffet was served in a very representative way and the was a huge choice of sweets and small desserts and if you wish a healthy and less sweet breakfast there we seeds, nuts and good selection of cheese.

What was definitely disappointing for us was the fitness room of the hotel which was advertised as fully equipped but actually was in a cramped room in the basement with very basic equipment. And as for a 4 star hotel of this price class it was not adequate. As a direct comparison we stayed in a 3 star hotel in Torino just before we arrived in Ancona and there the gym was three times the size and much better equipped.

This hotel is a firm favourite of ours and this was our third stay. In fact, I've booked for this Christmas again too. It's luxurious and upmarket without being pretentious. I love the location as it's a short walk into the main city. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great and the views are stunning. One of my favourite things to do is to sit and watch the ships arriving and departing at the docks. I can't recommend Seeport enough.

We stay here relatively frequently and will revisit next time we are in Ancona. It's very very convenient for the ferry. The bar, Bistro and Restaurant are all very good. On this occasion we ate in the Restaurant which is very high quality, with amazing staff - in particular Giuseppe Luigi (Gi Gi) who was so attentive and even found me some cheese for dessert (I don't like sweet things). The kind of service here that used to be present in all good hotels but isn't any longer. Thanks to all.

Hotel with stunning views of the port and city. Wonderful staff. Cleanliness and tidiness. The best ratio of price and quality. Michelin restaurant in the building opposite. We came to celebrate a birthday and visit Loreto. The hotel gave us a gift and a room upgrade. We got a lovely clean room with a huge balcony. The room had bathrobes, slippers, and excellent cosmetics. Absolutely everything is provided. A toy, treat and hygiene items were provided for our dog. It's very nice that the hotel is dog friendly. The staff was very friendly! We arrived by car, gave the keys and an employee parked our car. In the evening we had dinner at the Genevra restaurant. it was truly an exquisite and unforgettable dinner.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bruna has magic hands and gave the best massage and facial. The restaurants had delicious food with brilliant wine recommendations and terrace bar team very helpful and also lovely recommendations.

Was a shame there was no pool and roof terrace only for breakfast time/ dinner time but the other terrace was still lovely.

The hotel was fabulous, the room was great and all the staff made us very welcome.

We stayed at the hotel bistro for dinner. My husband had lasagne which was very nice but to be honest it was a child’s portion. My salmon wasn’t brilliant. However the tiramisu was superb. The bistro menu offered no starters! The main courses were limited! Although we loved the hotel we were given no basic information either verbally or on information sheets in the room regarding breakfast time or checkout time - we had to ask. The shower wasn’t brilliant but that’s just a technicality!

The room was a great size, the bed was very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet with a good amount of light. I mentioned that it was my partner's birthday during our stay and the hotel gave us a hotel of Champagne which was such a lovely surprise and gesture! :) great drinks at the bar too.

It would be good to have a few more staff for massages etc - we tried to book two on a weekend day and it wasn't possible as there was only one masseuse who was booked up.

Location is excellent with a great view. The restaurant/bar overlooks the port and the old part of the city. The menu is short but offers excellent food. The in house baking is superb. Rooms are spacious and attractive.

Check in did not go smoothly. A room with two beds was requested and confirmed prior to arrival via Booking.com messaging service. A double room with two beds was not available that night. The hotel dealt with this issue in an appropriate manner and gave us two rooms. We moved into the pre-booked room the next day.

The lovely welcome at reception. Lucy was amazing, showed me to my room and helped with my dodgy Italian. The room was smaller than I expected but had everything I needed. It had a very calming atmosphere. Absolutely gorgeous views of the port. Comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities and lovely toiletries. Brilliant stay. Also excellent breakfast (they had a great selection of nuts and seeds).

great location with fantastic view of the port, can spend hours watching the ferries dock & undock, load & unload. very clean and modern rooms, excellent breakfast. exceptionally friendly staff. we also had dinner at the restaurant, which despite pretty modern menu - tasted great. ps. takes less than 5 min with a car to reach the ferry check-in terminal.
