Fab location with lovely open views of the entrance to the port. Nice big balcony to sit on. Be aware, though only a 10 minute walk from the port, the first part of the walk is very steep so difficult with luggage. Beautifully clean when we arrived. Nice shower with plenty of hot water.

All minor points but mentioned for completeness…… Weak wi-fi dropped out occasionally. Small bins and no obvious places for us to put rubbish on the premises. Odd chair situation on the balcony - long bench seat and one chair that is too low to comfortably reach the table. Occasional late night noise from upstairs when people are home.

I chose this property for its location and the exceptional fantastic view when boats are entering and passing by, so close to admire. (It is located at the very edge of the entrance of the port in Gavrio.)The whole Property is an autonomous block of few studios/apartments with an area of private parking space for each. The apartment we stayed in, in the upper floor, is very spacious, with modern light decoration and an amazing surround view to the sea. The open Kitchen area is elevated by three steps, very convenient, and fully equipped. The two bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of closed wordrobes for storing clothes. In addition there is plenty of storage place in the corridor. The beds are comfortable and linen and towels of good quality and new. ( Maybe pilows are very big/high to my opinion) The second WC, is a positive addition to the bigger full bathroom. Congrats to the owner, Mrs. Athina very gentle and willing to explain and host. A very comfortable and pleasant stay with a strong HOME feeling. A place to be back again!

It is a new modern clean property with many facilities, to create a very pleasant stay! A good advice would be to add these special transparent screens against insect and mosquitos to the balcony doors in the bedrooms and also in the living room. ( Σίτες)

Incredible view, exceptionally clean, very polite lady that met us for check in. Coffee pods, water and fresh house shoes were provided in the apartment as well as small kitchen and hairdryer which was really nice. Parking spot for our rental car. Absolutely, would 10/10 recommend it. Just beautiful. And again, the cleanliness really needs to be mentioned here, we felt safe and awesome. Great trip, great island.

Nothing not to like, really, I have nothing negative to say.

We have stayed in Gavrio three times before so knew that the apartments were in a great location, where you can look out to sea and see other islands or look towards the bay. We would have our breakfasts watching the ferries arriving. Tremendous. The rooms are about 150 metres down a dirt track away from the edge of the village. Even so, it is only a seven minute walk to the first tavernas facing the harbour. I have been to 30 Greek islands over the years, these apartments are in the top three for location/views.

No complaints.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing (watching the ferries), it's close enough to the port of Gavrio with supermarkets, tavernas and car rentals. To the beach it's maybe 15-30 minute walk, depending on the beach. It's also possible to go for a swim just below Pharos apartments, but it's a bit difficult to access.

Communication for our 6 night stay with the host, Athina, as well as check-in and out was straightforward and friendly. We felt very welcome and comfortable. My son and I stayed upstairs in the two bedroom apartment all to ourselves, which has ample space, a large kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob and a microwave and 4 balconies ( 1 for each bedroom and 2 for the living room), so if there's a wind, there's still a balcony to sit out on. The bedrooms are large and have comfy beds. There is also ample air conditioning if you need it. We didn't have our own transport, but Gavrion has everything you need, including two supermarkets. The nearest large, sandy beach, Agios Petros, is easy to reach on foot, too. We are into fishing and there's an excellent spot through the thyme fields and down onto the rocks at the cape right outside the studios. At night, due to the location away from the port, the silence is magic. We couldn't ask for much more, so I'm coming back in September for another week.

Position , cleanliness, staff, facilities we were upgraded on arrival to a better room. Really peaceful. Great position, walking distance to port . Steep hill to Apartments so would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

water pressure on shower and sink too high so if you weren’t careful you got soaked just turning the tap on😂this also caused a problem with the shower over flowing . It was a knack getting hot water for the shower. we had to run a lot of water through until it became hot. Position of double bed wasn’t great as no plugs next to bed and no side table on one side . Also had to get out of bed to switch lights off. looked like the bed had been moved from planned position where plugs and room for side tables etc

The room was big and comfortable, clean, the building is either new or recently renovated, the view was amazing. The hostess was very polite and helpful. We also asked to get into the room earlier and they arranged that for us.

No bad comment. Everything was perfect.

Compact, modern and fresh decor, lots of big windows and sea views but not overlooked, quiet location. Good value.

If you don't have a car and walk to the apartment, the first 5O meters after you leave the port area is very steep uphill.
