Convenience to the Tesla supercharger. The size of the room and the kitchen amenities. The front desk gentleman was friendly and accommodating upon my check in.
The heat was left on 80° so my room was like a sauna when I first arrived. I turned down the temp & when I returned from dinner the room was more comfortable. The fan was quite loud. Bed could have a softer mattress.

The location was close to restaurants and stores.
1. Bathroom - the toilet in the room gives out sewer like smell every time it gets flushed. 2. Stove - it takes a while to cook or make anything on top of the stove. The heat of the stove was very low.
