Breakfast was really good. A lot of choices. Very filling Safety features on door TV Bathroom Extras, like soaps, shampoos

Room stores were very hard to open. The release needs adjustment Bed was made with sheets only going 3/4 up body. No one would sleep that way. Do them all the way up. TV if shut off on light switch would not turn back on. Office staff came with a different remote to get back on. After shut off, same problem, could not get TV back on even though all cable boxes were on and communicating. I gave up. Instructions will help.

The breakfast was nice and had a variety of food. The beds were comfortable. I liked having a full-length mirror in the room.

There was little room to put two large suitcases down and still have room to move around. There was only one shirt hangar in the closet and about 6 pant hangars. We needed more shirt hangars. The deadbolt on our door was very difficult to get locked. I never could do it. My son had to lock it for us each night.

We stayed here twice. Once on our way to southern USA and once on the way back. (5500 km round trip) We wouldn't have stayed a second time if we were not satisfied with our earlier stay. Breakfast was good, coffee was good, room was clean and beds were comfortable. What else do you want when travelling a long distance and just need a place for one night.

Property was clean and staff was extremely friendly!! I checked in Wednesday evening and Jazz was a the front desk greeting us with a smile and answered all my questions! And she was there when I checked out Saturday morning she was great!!

My TV in room #201 remote didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed

The location was easy to get to off of the 515. Parking was good, but I could see if the hotel was completely full, it might be a little tight. Room was good size with a nice size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great. Breakfast was good and a lot of choices.

They were doing some remodeling so I totally get the bit of dust, etc. Can't really think of anything else, so as a stretch, they could have had more than 1 garbage can in the room.

Breakfast was great, except there was no fresh fruit.

Card key didn't work because the door jam was cracked. It looked as though someone tried to break in previously. But, not a huge inconvenience. I just let the front desk know about it.

Fine budget-friendly hotel with cordial staff. It’s not a fancy place, but I’d stay there again.

We had trouble with the key cards and parking was a bit inconvenient, but neither issue was so bad to never consider staying there again.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Carrying our luggage up the stairs was difficult. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. The breakfast was poor and there weren’t coffee cups until after 7:30. The lobby was messy.

Honestly everything else was great. The woman that checked us out in the morning was super personable and kind and handled the issue great. Though she couldn't do anything about it herself, she followed through with taking it to her manager and I was refunded within a few days. I don't know if staff, maintenance, or facilities has been changed or not , but the stay this time (as Wingate) was much better than the last time we stayed when it was still the Clarion.

There were two young people at the front desk when we checked in that were more interested in watching the Matrix on TV than getting us checked in. They ended up double charging us.

An overnight stay easy to get to, quiet, clean, felt secure. Easy access to food. Our purpose was to visit Zion National park. It was about an hour out, but an easy drive down Interstate 15.

We had an up stairs room-no elevator so difficult to get our bags to the room.
