The hotel is very cute, with lots of amenities, super clean and a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't choose the breakfast option at booking, but the clerk at the front desk offered (without us asking) to warm up some extra bread so we could join breakfast. Now that's service! We loved the breakfast set up and were very pleased with the quality of the food. We will definitely stay here again.

Not sure if the hotel can change this but we couldn't open up the window in the room because of the cigarette smoke directly outside. Not sure if this is from other guests, if so they are too close to the non-smoking rooms. This was not at night, but in the morning.

My stay was almost perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room looked pristine and was clean and the bed was great. The room was really quiet as well, which is important for me. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the choice and volume of the music in the breakfast room. This is apparently a matter of taste and not a big deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a room at this hotel again and would recommend it to others since the pricing is reasonable as well.

I always prefer a more home like experience at hotels, and K7 definitely delivered that. Laundry I could do myself, a common meeting area on the 4th floor, the comfort of my room. It was great.

Paying for coffee pods. All of us felt that was something we could have done without. It was also confusing because I paid for pods on the way back to my room after being gone all day, and my coffee had been refilled. Charge EU5 more per night and stop charging for pods. Silly and incongruent with the rest of our experience of being made to feel at home..

the room was too small for two nights and two people. I love this hotel, but for this reason I would book a different hotel to have a bit more space or upgrade to a bigger room.

Didn't have breakfast and the location was spot on. The only thing missing was air-conditioning.

Everything was new and clean. Hotel is in city center, near to the park, resturants, shops.

Location could not have been more central in the middle of downtown, with the pedestrian mall and entrance to the park only steps away. The room decor was modern. Loved the bathroom with the backlit mirror. You have to pay for parking, but the parking garage is literally across the street.

For two people, the room, though nicely furnished, was on the small side. Maybe that's why they call it 'boutique.' Access to the hotel is via one flight of steps and an elevator, which means carrying luggage up the steps.

You have everything you need in the room and it’s beautiful and comfortable. The decor and style is unique I expected to be overwhelmed by the dark colored walls but surprisingly everything works well design and decor wise.

The room is very well equipped and comfortable and clean.

The room is on the second floor and the receptionist is only on duty until mid-day. It is not really a hotel as one would normally expect, more a room with self service.
