We had a great 10 days here. We arrived early (about 8am) our check in wasn't until 2pm,but we had our room by 9am with a free breakfast. On our last day, our check out was 11am, but we were allowed to stay in our room ay no extra cost until 6pm when our taxi arrived. The room was cleaned when requested,and they did an excellent job. The staff were just great from the girl at breakfast to the barman by the pool bar and the manager himself. Pool was great, and we always got a sunbed when we wanted one, although there are only 6. A fantastic location and a 20 to 30 min walk to 3 beaches, and 2 mins to restaurants and supermarkets. Thanks for making our stay so nice. Not much, maybe more sunbeds would be helpful if there were more people who wanted one. Also you should update the pictures of the pool area as it doesn't show the new bar and all the sunbed.

Staff were excellent, everything was attended to and resolved immediately. Room was always tidied on time + pool was nice when we used it. Staff also helped order taxis / advise us on local area. Everyone was so friendly and we couldnt have asked for a more comfortable stay. Room was immaculate + spacious. Beds were comfortable with a nice balcony with garden view also. Bathroom and shower facilities were also wonderful.

Everything was pretty decent. Nothing we didnt particualrly like. Pool could have maybe been cleaned on one of the days we stayed but everything else was superb.

The location of the hotel. Very good and courteous staff. Daily cleaning service. They also provide taxi service if you want to go around Goa with reasonable price. The pool was also nice, less crowded. The restaurant food was amazing, I believe it was the best amongst all other restaurants around there.

The only issue we faced was the WiFi. I think Goa in general faces WiFi issues throughout the state. If the hotel sorts out their WiFi issue it would be good.

This is a really lovely small hotel with cute pool in a great location. On a main road but just a 5 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants. Anjuna beach is 15-20 minute walk away and Ozran beach, much nicer is 20 minute walk away. Friendly and helpful staff who answered all our queries and also booked taxis for us. Great service and would stay again.

Wi-fi was a bit glitchy and a few small things like a soap dish in the bathroom would have been helpful. Also instructions in the room on how to use things like the TV and safe would help too.

I came over the New Year time and had a great 8 days stay at this hotel! My room was big and very clean, which made it really comfortable. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! It is close (moto ride 1-3 km) to beautiful beaches, coffee places, yoga studios. Supermarket and pharmacy is less than 5 min walk

The property is lovely and in a great location right in Anjuna, a short walk to restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful from check in and for the whole stay, they helped us organise very good scooters, and allowed us to use facilities after checking out as we had an evening flight. The pool was very clean, and the area was nice and we used this most days. Rooms were lovely and bright with floor to ceiling windows, an outside table and chairs, and a fridge. We were travelling with our 2 grown sons and they kindly gave us interconnecting rooms, without us requesting, which was really nice.

Our bathroom flooded when we used the shower from the ceiling, so we managed with just using the low level shower. Not a biggie for us, but may be a hindrance for some.

Maybe it was because it was off-peak, but I thought the room quite large for the price, pretty quiet, and relaxing. It was reflective of the cost; it is in one of the most hot and humid locations in the world, to be expected is that without airflow you may notice some creeping mold smell. Overall, this is more or less what I expected from spending this amount of money in India.

Each room could be cleaned in a constant hour, such that planning around that would be easy.

This was a great hotel in a walkable location to the centre of Anjuna and the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean; we were able to check in early with an additional bed, which was very welcome on arrival. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, and available 24/7. I would definitely stay again if I visited Goa in the future.

The breakfast selection was limited however everything provided was of good quality. On one of the days we stayed our room wasn’t cleaned, however, once housekeeping were informed new towels and bottled water were quickly provided.

The rooms were lovely, tidy and had connected balconies which was ideal as a group. The amenities were clean and accessible. The location was central as it was a short walk to the Anjuna beachfront and short drive to local attraction. Above all, the main highlight of the stay was the staff. They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond to help us. We experienced issues with transport between Anjuna and our next location and the staff at the reception helped us immensely in organising another taxi for us, loaning us a room to keep our luggage and wait during our delay, and generally keeping us company. They are very friendly and accomodating people and made our stay at the Ivy Anjuna incredible. Thank you!

Everything was in very good shape, good amenities and location.

The service was impeccable, the housekeeping supervisor ensured that rooms were kept neat and tidy which was always followed up by our feedback. The restaurant service is good; however, the food is quite overpricy.

The location, the roads; especially in the nights are filled with bulls and heifers. Goa, especially during rainy season is a total mess.
