Nice night staff, decent breakfast.

The spa was not heated. We wanted 15 minutes of hot tub to relax tired muscles and feet and it was barely lukewarm. Please heat it and keep it open till 11:00pm or so during big Dallas events. We came in from a LONG day at the State Fair and just wanted 15 minutes and we got a my manager won’t allow that. When we went the next morning and it was not even warm it was more frustrating. A hot tub matters to some of us and I won’t stay here again without it.

Breakfast was okay. I was hoping the Breakfast to be different.. examples like scrambled eggs .. pancakes...oatmeal already made.. different style of Breakfast potatoes.. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Thank you ..

The few days I stayed the people next room were very loud and the people above were also very loud. Other than that I enjoyed the rest of the morning. Thank you

Location and accessibility. The smaller room I moved into was nice and comfortable with a view of the mountains and woodland in the back. Nice and quiet.

First room was a wheelchair accessible room as that was the only bigger room they had. Clearly converted from a large double into that. Bathroom was huge but still had a bathtub in there which does not make sense. Handheld shower head would be hard to get at as it was mounted high up on the original fixed head position. And no water pressure to boot. TV did not have reception, got another room. They have a laundry room but when asked for change they referred me to a nearby store. :(

All of the front desk staff during my stay were professional and courteous. The art of customer service is often lost when interacting with employees, but not at GLo, even the housekeepers were pleasant and helpful. Wish I would have gotten names for an appropriate shoutout! Will DEFINITELY return beautiful lobby, clean and contemporary styled rooms.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer... :)

Location is good, the breakfast offerings were okay but not a ton of variety.

The check in process isn't great. There is usually only 1 person working the desk so if there is another guest there, you will be waiting for up to 30 minutes to get checked into your room.

Staff was friendly and helpful .

Didn't like cause I booked a month out and when we got there management had said we needed to pay more money for property damage and it was going to be taken off my card which was $200 and I would get it back after our stay which could take a week . Finally let us us pay cash cause I wanted it back immediately.. Lawn wasn't mowed but other than that it was a great stay.

The rooms were good, clean, and beds were comfortable.

The elevator kept getting stuck , my fridge in the room didn't get cool.My biggest concern was the lod noise until almost 2 in the morning the kids were running up and down the hall and the doors were constantly slamming so the last two nights I didn't get any sleep.

Food was very good. The area was very clean.

The light was shining in the room from the window there was no way to prevent the light from outside into the room. Didn't sleep good and the coffee maker didn't work .

The beds were super comfy, room was nice and clean.

Right next to the the interstate. They have quiet time between 9pm-9-am but we had kids running up and down the hall all evening, people playing their music very loud in the halls and talking very loudly while trying to sleep.

The property was VERY clean, smelled good and the fact that this place did not have carpet in the rooms, no pets allowed, and no smoking was a definite plus for me and my kids. My kids are allergic to pet dander and have severe allergies, so I was VERY thankful for these rules.

I have NO complaints!
