The hotel is great. it is located right next to the ski bus stop and the ride to the ski lifts in Flims takes around 5 minutes. There is a car park available, but you have to pay for it additionally, we were a little bit surprised about it since no one told us about it when we were checking in. The spa area is very nice however is is composed of two parts - the first renovated area with a few sun beds where a pool is located and the second one where there is a sauna, cold bath and a few more sun beds.

We weren't informed that you have to pay for the car park additionally. You have to pay additionally for the towels for the spa area every time you want to have them changed. Kids shouldn't be allowed in the spa area where sauna was located, in theory it was a rule and it was written od the doors, but no one cared. First of all they were loud and secondly we felt uncomfortable sitting naked in a sauna with kids.

Due to our own oversight, we booked the duplex room and the stairs to the upperdeck with the bed is quite narrow and steep. But that's on us, On the positive side there was no squeking or any noise as the construction might imply. The roomes ver perfectly clean and the bathroom in itself exceptional. Parking was superconvenient albeit a wee narrow if you have a bigger car. Breakfast untill 1030 is very nice and quite extensive. The Pool was perfect. Couldn't test the sauna since we didn't stay that long. Thanks to the team!

Extra charge for bathrobes even for hotel guests. It’s not a big deal, but it feels like it shouldn’t be.

A very nice room with a balcony with a beautiful view. Staff are very helpful. Restaurant is just downstairs and good food.Location is not a problem as we come by car. Very close to the small blue and beautiful lake.

Convenient Flims Waldhaus location adjacent to bus stop (free local bus shuttle comes twice hourly in the summer!), small grocery store, cafes and young family-oriented attractions (Caumasee, Connbachli, Waldhaus Spielplatz). Superior breakfast quality, choice, and dining area. Friendly, accommodating staff. Attached restaurant serves the most fabulous pizza!
