Our recent stay at Posthotel Valbella was . The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed for comfort. The bed quality was exceptional, ensuring restful nights after long days on the slopes. A highlight of our stay was the spa facilities, which provided the perfect retreat for relaxation. The wellness area was spotless and truly elevated our experience. Breakfast was another standout feature with a number of choices. Also the dinner restaurants offer nice options and environment to enjoy you meal. The location of the hotel is also excellent, offering easy access to the slopes while there is a bus station and a free sport bus station just a few meters outside the hotel! A special mention must go to Eirini, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her dedication to guest satisfaction was truly remarkable.

Spacious rooms. Decently sized beds. Comfy pillows. Bottled Water in the rooms. Decent breakfast. Elevator was always quick. Location is great, we were only a few mins away from town. Staff was helpful and nice. Pool was a great feature. Free parking. We arrived late and instructions to retrieve key were easy to understand. I’m sure it’s an even better place to stay during winter time.

Restaurant was a little pricey but it could be due to the area, I’m not sure. Food was okay.

The location and hotel itself are great, there is a pool and wellness area if that's your thing. The staff are friendly and very professional which makes a nice change. Our room was super comfy and peaceful. The breakfast is very good, eggs are cooked fresh to order too. There is ample parking but be aware of the E-Auto charging. There is one normal Swiss plug socket and two 5 pin sockets in the wall next to three of the parking spaces, which require a special adapter. Not the "normal" charging points. But that's not a big issue. Overall very happy with our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay, cozy atmosphere and a memorable stop on our journey. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the little details made us feel right at home. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through, but we genuinely wished we had booked a longer stay. It’s the kind of place you’d want to settle into and unwind for a few days. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!

We had a number 41 which was very new and well built. Everything was in top notch. The SPA in the hotel is also new and very clean. Not very large, but has 4 different saunas and a pool. Loved that SPA part was child-less and quiet.

We preferred other restaurants in Valbella than our hotel restaurants. There are excellent choices close by.

We booked this hotel last minute, due to sudden change of plans without many exceptions but we were really surprised. The staff was very king and accommodating, all the rooms are recently refurbished and are really cosy, the swimming pool is perfect to relax after a long hike, and the breakfast options are really generous and tasty. Also traveling to the hotel without a car is no issue at all as the bus stop is just across the street from the hotel. We will surely come back here.

well organized tables for breakfast, good choice for lunch and dinner, very nice and helpful staff, felt at home as staff recognized you all over the hotel and were very friendly right from front desk (special thanks to Stephanie) to restaurant staff and housekeeping.

I understand it can be hard to control these things, but flies landing on the food at the breakfast buffet is a big no-no for me. Maybe if the door from the street wasn’t left open, they wouldn’t be there.

Location was excellent. Breakfast as well. Pool and facilities excellent. Family room, room with a lounge to chill. Excellent. Very friendly people. Can also book tickets for the lifts from there. Parking literally right next. Quiet rooms. Saunas were great. Excellent stay..

The restaurants of the hotel were closed during our stay, but we knew it in advance and it hasn’t been a problem at all
