The rooftop setup was beautiful and well-designed. It created a nice, relaxing atmosphere that made the stay feel special.

What could be improved.. 1.The surrounding area felt a bit boring during our visit, as the mall nearby was under renovation and there wasn’t much to do. 2.The food quality was average. It could be improved in terms of taste, cleanliness, and serving temperature. For example, the vegetables were overcooked. The staff drop the bread on the table but still put it back for serving. 3. It was quite noisy in the morning due to loud announcements about breakfast. 4. Housekeeping was disruptive. They had to call out several times to clean the room in front of ours, which affected the peacefulness of our stay.

The Location - I booked this hotel because of the review were saying that the location is near to the mall with a good vibe. Unfortunately, the mall named Kepri Mall was closed down since Covid and it is currently under renovation stage. Therefore, there is not much we can do when we were at the hotel. We have to go to Nagoya city center which is much more happening. Spa - Unable to have the experience of having spa with this hotel due to fully booked. I though we can just walk in for the service, but we need to make a booking first. Not really a concern but definitely will do the booking later for the next trip.

Room is comfortable with Bathtub than can enjoy, and room is okie with good lighting and clean. The areas of the hotel got some others convient shop, and 1 mall in doing refurbhised , look like future will be more happenining around this areas.

The sound proof is not too good when people talking on corridor will have some noise. Breakfast is normal so we only taken 1day breakfast, then 2nd day we went out for breakfast.

The family room was excellent for a family of 4. Bunker bed,Queen size and a couch. Family Massage Spa is in the hotel that makes it convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2 Mins walk theres a 24 hour IndoMart. 4 Mins walk theres a Coffee/Bakery. 4 Mins walk there's Nasi Padang restaurant.

Bath tub not suitable for a family room.

I selected this facility for access to the golf course (Sukajadi) and the driving range and the easy walk to both was very convenient

There’s not much else around that location - when the Keprimall eventually opens the neighbourhood should liven up but right now it’s a ghost town

check-in on (3/6/24).The room is clean, the bathtub works, AC works , hot water tap works, and the bed is comfy. Breakfast is very basic and acceptable.. Upon checking-out,(4/6/24) HSKP team reported a phone was left in the room Turns out, it was my wife's phone. KUDOS to the HSKP team.. I didn't get his name though but WELL DONE!!

wi-fi fluctuates , sometimes no connection at all, and was issued 1 card only to activate the power.

Check-in and check-out is hassle-free. The place is truly clean. Beds and sheets are comfortable and the aircon gets cold very fast (daikin). The bathroom is a good size and is equipped with hair dryer and we are given toothbrushes. Body soap Nd shampoo provided. Water heater functioned well and water pressure ia quite good. Its a quiet area seeing that Kepri Mall has closed permanently. Breakfast selection is small but for the price paid, it is a still a steal i think.

The drain in the shower area is slow. May have to have tt looked into. Breakfast items should be warm, it is quite cold when I tucked in.

Value for money, Lower price with good service. nice hotel, breakfast included. Far from the mall but environment quiet, have quality of sleep. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Location far from the famous area and jetty terminal, But easy to get grab, there is not a big issue.

Everything here I like. The hotel also close to many shop such as mini market, karaoke, morning bakery, kedai makan sederhana, spa, atm machine. You can reach all the location by walking only

The parking you will need to pay. But it’s oke because they will give you 10000rp

Fnb staff should have checked the food first before asking for extra payment. We paid for extra breakfast but a lot of the food has run out and it's not worth the price charged.
