The staff are very kind and welcoming. Rooms are very spacious. Kids facilities (internal + massive external playground) are a big plus. The location is very quiet and super covenient, in the middle of the dunes and 10 minutes walking from the beach and 20 minutes from Nieuwport. À la carte restaurant is good quality but a bit expensive - self-service restaurant is more affordable. Nice breakfast, with a lot of choice and good value for money. Tennis court.

Rooms are a bit basic (no fridge, no hairdryer, offer very basic amenities (1 product for everything) and could be cleaner. The self-service restaurant is very convenient and good value for money, but the offer for children is rather limited (and mostly fried food), which is a pity considering how much attention they paid to building a kids-friendly place. Limited parking spaces (apparently fewer than the capacity of the place).

Nice clean place to stay for a family with kids, with playground at the hotel, and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach… Breakfast was good, staff at the reception and restaurant very friendly.

The parking doesn’t really match the capacity of the hotel - we had to park on the road (paid from 9h till 19h). Also I should have checked in advance that in the apartment we booked, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom.

Room was huge, lots of space for a family of four and storage space (lots of room to store a pram). It was very clean and the bathroom facilities were great. It was very light. I cannot fault the room at all.

Nothing. Only that we were charged twice and haven't heard back from the hotel yet (I have found it difficult to find an email). However, this is I presume and just a problem we have encountered as a one-off, everything we experienced otherwise was great.

The location was perfect for our cycling trip through France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The reception staff were extremely helpful and the hotel had a modern, secure building where we could store our bikes overnight. We ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and were very happy with the range of dishes to choose from and the quality of our meals.

Large rooms, clean, comfortable bed, quiet location.

One bathroom was split in 2, like in France - one room for toilet( without a sink), other room for sink and shower. That was uncomfortable. Also, we could have some vegetables at the breakfast, as it's summer...

Beautiful setting and so close to the beach. Great park for the kids on site. The family suite was clean and spacious.

There was no kettle or oven in the kitchen and no sachets of tea no and coffee like you would normally get in a. Hotel. A little pricey.

Very friendly staff, genuinely concerned about our comfort and making sure our stay was pleasant.

Better choice of vegetables for breakfast would be great. Other than that - no complaints.

It is fairly basic in terms of food or at least the cafeteria is. We didn't try the à la carte restaurant so maybe this would have been a better choice.

I requested for late check out for 1 hr and wasn’t agreed. I was disappointed with that. That way I couldn’t have stayed at the room with family until lunch.

everything. Wi-Fi. clean and neat room. lovely staff. I had to leave early and didn’t get a chance to try breakfast as that starts at 830am. great place for family with young kids.
