Very clean srudio may accomodate 3 people even if small, is very close to the sea, safe, with a single bed and one extendable double sofa very comfortable, 2 big windows opening into 2.small balconies with 2 chairs, automatic shadows, a little kitchen with the strictly necessary, fridge, microwave and kettle (no coffee machine), a little couch and a table with one chair. This is called luxury maybe because of some differences with the others, including the price, but luxury it is not when you hardly move around. Check in and out and getting the card keys are done automatically from a kiosk computer at the ground floor provided you checked in online first. This allows you to arrive even outside the reception hours from 2 to 6 pm each day.

The lack of a coffee machine. There are no shops around for a minimum reserve of food for breakfast at least, and some scarce extremely expensive places to have a breafast. A lot.of coffee shops and bars provide coffee and beverages only. The shower is an old type fixed on the ceiling in the middle and one has to maneuver the handle to turn it on/off at some distance behind it so first you get a cold shower, and then the warm one. A hand shower would be welcome..

The location was excellent and the apartment had pretty much everything we needed. The self check-in worked perfectly and the reception staff was super nice and helpful. The apartment has a single bed and a sofa bed for two. There is also a corner with a seat, a chair and a table and a (shared) balcony. There is a very well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The trash bin in the kitchen is a bit too small and if you have any small bottles or anything bigger, you might have to just have a separate bag for them lying around. You also have to either give the trash bags to the cleaning crew when you see them or bring them to the reception. My partner found it a bit annoying given that we were out most of the day so we couldn't do that, but we were only there for a few days so it was ok. The sofa bed can be a bit noisy and it was a bit small for a tall man.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room is very small, but clean and well-equipped — it has everything you might need for a short stay. Just keep in mind that everything is minimal, so it’s best not to have too high expectations. The location is great: the beach, parking, shops, and cafés are all close by, which is very convenient.

There were a few downsides, though. The couch wasn’t very comfortable, and the balcony was very small and difficult to access. It was also a bit tricky to avoid splashing water all over the bathroom when using the shower. One more thing to note — while not directly related to the room itself, the hotel’s central location meant it was quite noisy outside during the night.

it was our second stay here, the location (very close to the beach and walking distance from the station) is the biggest asset. Furthermore, the room is very clean and the kitchen has everything to prepare a simple meal. This time we got a much smaller studio than the last time, so keeping the sofa bed open would be challenging in a longer stay, but as we stayed just one night, it was fine. Sleeping on the sofa bed is the only option if you are with 2 adults and a child as the only real bed in the room is a (very nice) single one.

The same points as last time (which did not prevent us from coming back for a short stay): the sofa bed is not the most comfortable and the fact that the shower only has the 'rain' option (not so handy to wash a 4 year old).

The studio itself was nicely designed, with a modern and cozy interior. The location was excellent — close to the beach, shops, and public transport, which made it easy to explore Ostend.

The cleanliness could be improved — the studio was not very clean upon arrival, and the dishes were not in the best condition. This made the stay a bit less comfortable than expected. And was a small issue with opening the front door. In general nice studio and great location, but cleanliness could be better

Very grand building. Helpful reception. Mostly nice apartment. Great shower.

had 3 reference numbers so gave up on trying to check in online, we may also have tried to check in before 3pm,. perhaps that was why we could not do this. On the Friday pm, there was a very rowdy large group of young people, they were above us and were shouting in the internal stairwell/fire escape. Our view was of the fire escape! There were too many trinkets on every surface which we had to move in order to place things eg phones to charge etc.

The view of the roof. Couldnt fully open the curtain because we can be seen by the other building. Access to the locker from main entrance was not stroller friendly. Even if its a only a few flights of stairs, if you are carrying a lot with kids, it can be extra effort to remove from the stroller and back again. Elevator to locker room is also small so it took 2 trips kids and stroller separate. Sofa bed also made too much noise. My child couldnt sleep properly

Very well situated. You're right next to the beach, restaurants, shops. The accommodation is a mix between contemporary interior design and a distinct touch of vintage art deco. I loved the taps in the bathroom. Checking in and out runs very efficiently. The studios are modern, very pretty, and compact. The kitchen is very handy and cute. It was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. The building is really beautiful with elegant decorative features. Well worth its money. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The beds could do better. The mattresses on both the single bed and sofa bed were a bit on the flimsy side. Some spaces had dust left on them like the headboard of the single bed and the odd windowsill. The toilet had a strong odour.

Im overall happy with everything. Its a beautiful building well decorated with paitings of J Ensor. Very close to the beach and supermarkt theres also option of dining and takeaway nearby. The Studio is also very good clean and equiped with a very small kitchen with enough utensils to do some basic cooking. It was confortable during our 2-night stay.

Theres only one thing that i really disliked was that they almost didnt gave shower gel (80 ml available), shampoo and conditioner (40 ml each was provided by the hotel for 3 adults during 2 nights) and considering the proximity to the beach it is presumed that you have to shower more often after swiming in the salty sea. I think they could be a littlr more generous on that. So i would advise you to take some with you or just buy more from the nearby supermarkt as i did

Perfect location. Room was everything we expected. Quite small but not an issue as we were out all day. Very clean, great shower, TV good and kitchen area was great for breakfast things and drinks. Fridge good. Lift always worked. suitable for only two people which was not a problem and never saw queue. Staff very helpful and friendly. Happily recommend to anyone and very reasonable price.
