Nice hotel with interesting architecture. Close to Aetna Sud area. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast with very good Italian cappucino

Spa is somewhat outdated and access to it was limited to one hour

Room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast pastries were delicious. Kids hours at the pool area for children.

No bar or restaurant in the hotel for during the day or early dinner. Hotel restaurant only opened at 8pm. :(

Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff especially at reception. Breakfast was very good with healthy food options. Nice outdoor pool. The location is very close to Etna and the surrounding area picturesque.

The indoor pool did not communicate with the outdoor pool because there was a barrier.

The hotel has great view over the sea. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and very service minded. There is a nice pathway and garden from the main building to the adjoining restaurant. The city itself also contains some fine and nice restaurants.

Clearly the hotel is coming back from the difficulties during the Covid period - and some areas still need to be back on full levels - but they will get there :)

Clean and modern. The spa facilities are very nice. Considering it's a 5 star hotel, it's very well priced

The hotel did not have a restaurant for dinner. The closest place was a Michelen star restaurant, a few minutes walk away. While it was a really nice restaurant, it was not a place to go with young children, and the staff there made us feel this.

We had to wear swim hats in the pool no other pool makes us wear hats on a holiday trip

By far the best hotel I stayed in when it comes to Sicily .Service is excellent.Rooms are modern ,spacious and super clean.Views are fantastic.Decent B fast and also good parking.To top it all of the restaurant is out of this world food and service.

Water in the shower too long to warm up.Also a bit far for main areas if you don't have a car( for sure not a deal breaker thou !!) ..This is just a comment and does not mean it caused a problem .

Very Spacious rooms, clean, and the all the reception staff were really helpful ! Breakfast was OK, but could be better as for variety..

The fact that there is no bar and restaurant open on all days inside the hotel.. if only there was a bar with at least snacks our stay would have been much better

The accommodation is situated in a quiet place, with lovely views, a modern and relaxing environment.

Pillows were too soft.
