The staff was very accommodating. At the last minute we needed an extra room. They not only had an extra room, they got an adjoining room. That was amazing!!!

Cleanliness in the bathroom needs improvement. However, the rest of room was clean

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff members were very pleasant, courteous, and friendly. The atmosphere and the people gave off a good, positive vibe. The smiles were genuine, breakfast was delicious, outdoor seating was comfortable, even the encounters with fellow guests are memorable. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. You could see and smell the clean walking in the door. If all Tru Hotels are like the Beaufort, SC location it's a winner.

Having a waffle iron available to prepare your own waffle would have been great, but the selection of beverages and snacks was excellent.

We stayed this location to attend Basic Training Graduation at Parris Island MCRD. as did many other guests. The staff mentioned the breakfast However they said we would need to leave the motel before breakfast was set up, in order to clear base security. I was surprised there was no accommodation in the breakfast schedule to allow us to have breakfast at the motel. We spoke to other graduation attendees who stated they did receive an early breakfast at their motel. I do not expect to return to MCRD in the near future. My hope is future graduation attendees might receive some consideration or be forewarned to make other breakfast plans.

Elevators were slow. Would be nice to have a plastic laundry bag Price should be increased by 50.00 because it is the USMC grauduation. These Marines and their famiies should be shown some appreciate for these Marines supporting our country so you can have a hotel an make money. Families go through a lot when a family member becomes a Marine and is deployed. Families should be given some gratitude and not charged extra because of the graduation. Greed is an ugly thing in this world.

Dan was very kind at check in. Hotel was in a good location. Felt safe. Room was clean. Loved the amenities. Bed was comfortable. Room was private and cool. Wish I could have stayed longer for breakfast and coffee. Would have loved a longer stay to enjoy the hotel/my room.

It was hard to sleep because I could hear everything happening in the rooms next to mine and other guests were very loud in the hall ways - running back and forth/slamming doors.

We loved the way the room was designed and set-up! The bathroom was spacious and had a large walk-in shower. The bedroom had a king size bed that was very comfortable and had a large screen TV. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in your hotel again!!

Everything was great! We were able to get a good night's rest, which really meant alot!!

The linens were lovely. The television/entertainment was amazing! The Included breakfast had a great variety. The eggs left a lot to be desired, however. We loved the Lavaca coffee in the lobby at all times! That was wonderful, which is probably why we’ll come back!

I didn’t like the graffiti on the doors. I didn’t like the writing everywhere. I didn’t like the bar for hanging my clothes. I hated the shame with those multicolors – so weird, so obnoxious. Minimalistic is one thing, but the color right multicolors was like being on an acid trip!

We stayed here because it was on the way to the drive in move theater I wanted to travel to! Check out the beautiful church ruins near by! The whole team were polite.

The AC unit was not the best and the WiFi was off the whole time but they said that they got struck by lightning during the storm a few days before.

The staff, especially Faith, were really helpful!

It was too far from downtown, so I wasn't able to easily visit shops & dine out. I didn't realize when booking there wouldn't be a microwave in the room; that was very inconvenient. If that is part of this brand's approach to providing amenities, then I won't be staying again. We still have high rates of covid in this country, so encouraging travelers to hang out in public spaces more by putting more amenities in the lobby is counter to what I need.

First time staying at this Hilton brand. Nice surprise. Very clean, very new, outstanding staff and really good gym. (Pool table in the lobby). Very modern and very different from your typical “branded” hotel at this price

Candidly the only negative is the walls could be a little more sound proof in the rooms
