Rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. There is plenty of space in the room. The staff was great, friendly and professional.

I prefer staying at hotels that include a hot/cold breakfast buffet. My rate did include breakfast, but not everyone in our group did. I felt a bit uncomfortable having a serving staff waiting on us. The bathroom door did not lock. The elevator was a bit scary. Made a lot of noise and broke down once.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on New Year's Eve. The server was also the bartender. She was friendly, attentive and efficient and the food was very good. The beds in the room were very comfortable and the hotel itself was very quiet and in a good location. Easy parking.

The AC/heat unit in our room (404) made a fairly loud squealing noise when it cycled down every 15-20 minutes or so. It was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly during the night. Needs maintenance!

I love the fact that "Dove" products were used in the room. Dove can be used by mostly everyone. The room was a great size for all 5 of us...we had 2 queens and a queen sofa bed....excellent for family travel. Central to all locations and dining. The room was really clean and check-in was quick....they were expecting us and had everything ready. Check-in took about 2 minutes seriously.

Our AC didn't work, it did when we got there but went out at some point during the night. We had to ask for the linen for the pullout bed. Breakfast was just "ok" but it wasn't horrible.

Everything man everything was like so Gucci. Loved all of it mane. Soooo good the view my gosh brothger. Such a good experience. My lord y'all got try this thing mane. For real for real. With everything in me this was El Perfecto. Just great stuff mane. Just fantabulous.

Nothing mane. Absolutely perfect stay my gosh it felt like heaven on earth. Y'all for real gotta try this place like my gooooddddnesss it's da best in the North south east and west.

This property has been fully renovated since I last stayed there about 2 or 3 years ago and it is both clean and beautiful!! I had a spacious room with plenty of plugs and USB ports. Also had a fabulous view of the marsh.

It was VERY difficult to find the driveway leading back to the property. Some signage at the road would be helpful.

The Restaraunt

Well, the Restaraunt it was closed on Christmas eve and Christmas day, leaving us, with nothing to eat, due to everything else in town was closed too! I don't think that was nice, to the guest that stayed at the hotel.

The front desk gals and the waitstaff were very warm and helpful. Our room was pristine and our view overlooked the marshland and palm trees. It was very spacious with a strong shower head. We were delighted with the included hot breakfast and coffee.

Not one thing!! It was excellent in every way!!!

Wonderful facility! Very clean everywhere you looked. Friendliest, helpful staff. The most helpful gentleman checked me in. I'm so sorry I was exhausted from the trip. I forgot his name, but he was so kind and welcoming, accommodating, very efficient, and very professional. I'm so glad he was at the front desk and greeted me with his smile.

The pool was closed

Great location. The breakfast was outstanding-not a buffet-but freshly cooked with an excellent waitress. Very clean with comfortable rooms.

I really can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. This was a relatively short but enjoyable stay.

Very nice!! Staff was welcoming. Property well maintained, generally clean, quiet, super comfy!!

Minor cleaning issues, no breakfast, and very limited coffee was available in lobby in mornings but was removed at 9am. I was surprised such a nice hotel didn’t have a decent coffee station for guests.
