Clean room, basic amenities. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Not fancy, but decent for a quick stay. Would stay again if passing through

We were in room 229, upstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was oversized, which was nice. The room included a hair dryer, a coffeemaker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a television. The room was clean. No issues with that.

A big roach flew out of the bathroom into the sink area while I was in the bathroom, and my husband had to kill it. The water pressure in the shower was not very good, and the water from the sink never got very hot. It would have been nice if they'd had a hot breakfast; it was more of a continental breakfast. Also, the inside of the bathroom door was damaged; not a pretty sight, but it didn't prevent the door from closing.

I love this was a family operated and maintained location. One of the few remaining in beautiful Beaufort. Right from walking out the door you have the beautiful coastline right at your fingertips! The entire family ran staff were beyond accommodating, nice and friendly. Great location, very clean and made you feel right at home! So much in fact I turned a 2 night stay into three! Skip all the big name brand locations and do yourself a favor of finding and supporting this small family ran business! You won't regret it! Very clean and safe location with a neighboring 24/7 gas station in walking distance! Ask for Neil he will take care of you guaranteed!

great location ! if you are visiting the area on a schedule and need convenient spot this is it! Grab a quick breakfast at a clean well run Wafflehouse, or grab a fresh ground brewed coffee at the friendly staffed, well stocked convenience store right next door. Also, the shower was great pressure and very relaxing. The beds were comfy and the sheets crisp and clean. I would stay here again if ever down thst way.

not sure if the rug was regularly vacuumed...a tad gritty

It served its purpose for a last minute booking that was more than cost efficient. It is conveniently located to gas stations, restaurants and shopping for groceries and/or household needs. It was clean and well stocked. They do have a cold breakfast available if desired, i.e. cereal and fruit. It seems to be a quiet area other than traffic.

The beds, while not uncomfortable persay, left something to be desired, in my opinion. I am certainly no bed snob and am perfectly fine on a variety of mattress types. This one, in comparison to similar types of facilities I have stayed at, just was not on par. It wasn’t “uncomfortable” but could be better.

Rooms had been updated and were very clean. Shower and bathroom were nice, also bed was new and nice.Parking was easy and close to room. Room was quiet inside and I felt we were in a safe area. Also the t.v. was easy to use and had a lot of channels.

The breakfast was not elaborate and I just had coffee. Chick fil a was close by. Do not expect much out of breakfast.

The owner was very helpful when I arrived with lots of packages and luggage. He unlocked my door for me and offered to help bring the bags back-and-forth from my car. I was not moving too quickly due to recently surgery and very much appreciated his kindness.

It seemed the price that was available for the room was less expensive than what I was offered on booking.com. I think it would’ve been wise to contact the hotel directly versus booking online.

The shower drains really slow, was scared that the floor was gonna flood! But other than that, we loved it there!

The room was very clean and comfortable! The location was perfect if you're attending a graduation for your new Marine. Everywhere we needed to go took about 20 minutes or less. We only stayed 2 nights so we were pleasantly surprised when we returned from Family Day and the room had been cleaned. Most places don't do that with such a short stay! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely stay again.

I just needed a place to sleep that was close to Port Royal. This was perfect. The staff was friendly and the room very clean and updated. The drive to Port Royal was easy. I had brought my own breakfast, so I can’t report on that. I will be back.
