The location was great. Situated right by Beaufort's main thoroughfare, I couldn't ask for a better location. I had a few eating establishments just a brief walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and mostly quiet. Overall, not a bad experience at all.

Now, if I had one gripe, it was with the complimentary breakfast. Why offer biscuits and gravy if there isn't any gravy? My only other gripe was the piles of trash by the elevator. Those piles were there all 3 days of my stay. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

It is in a good spot. Really good breakfast. We would stay here again. I am a Housekeeping Supervisor in Garden City Beach. I get it with the upgrades. Just take care of your property. Focus first on what matters most. Make your units to your standards.

The bathroom tiles need new caulking and grout done. The room had a musky smell. The main door needs a lot of work.,

I appreciated the option of breakfast included in my stay along with the staff abiding by the do not disturb sign on my door. The stay overall was great for an extended weekend stay that I had and I'm sure to stay there again if I need to.

Nothing really came to mind. There were some places that could use some touch up with some maintenance like spots where paint was needed on the walls or spots outside where the wall could use a fixing.

We like it's convenience to visiting family, we can bring our dogs, and it's pretty clean in general

Paying pet fees and getting a room that hardly was swept w/ hairballs, dust & dirt on floor, & wiping everything down the wipes got filthy. Also worried about holes in ceiling& had no freezer in fridge. TV reception only good on a few channels

Bed was clean and comfortable, Staff very friendly, Breakfast was well done and nice variety, and Bridget was very friendly and managed the arrangement professionally and courteously

The toilet in our room was stained and the bathroom door showed water damage at the bottom.

Contrary to everything I read in reviews, yes the building is dated but it was very clean , and that was what mattered. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Why is there no mgmt on duty, a customer had a issue and the clerk was alone with no mgmt or co worker available, this was in the evening and she was doing her best to handle the situation, with no co worker on hand a line formed for check in. This was not a 1 time situation. Mgmt should be on hand to assist with difusing any tense situation, besides in this crazy world , the clerk should not be alone.

Stayed here for Beaufort water festival after spending 1 night in a different hotel. Check in was very quick and the lovely receptionist gave me a printed map how to find the room as it has multiple staircases and explained all the facilities and breakfast times clearly. Room was very spacious with a large TV and microwave in the room. Plenty of parking. There is a swimming pool nicely enclosed in the front. Lots of restaurants around. Lovely grounds with spanish moss covered trees. For the price I was more than happy and would stay here again without a doubt.

If I had to pick, there is a bit of modernisation needed in bathrooms, elevator and staircases but by no means would that stop me returning.

It was just minutes from Parris island

Hot elevator no air flow in it and when it’s in the 90’s + outside that was horrible and the only other part I would love to suggest is the breakfast be able to be served earlier on Thursday and Friday for the family’s getting up and out the door by 5 am and nothing is open to eat that early on the way to the base.

Cute little place right near the marsh so it has a nice view in the mornings. It’s in the middle of town and close to everything and only about a 20 minute drive from the beach. Our stay was very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. It was very nice that we could bring our dog along as well. We will definitely be staying again for our next trip!
