The woman who worked at the front desk should be running a top-notch hotel. She was amazing in every way and hoped that the owner put more into her than they did the facility. Her customer service was above any other place I've been to. It's good to know that this world still has good people in it like her. The cleaning lady who does the rooms should get a raise for sure she made sure what was needed was gotten without ever asking and rooms for what they were had been made to perfection. This staff is the only reason why I might ever think about coming back to this place just to see them and see how they are doing. Ladies, you're amazing in what you do. Keep it up.

Needs updated, bad, and the toliet didn't work. The TV and wifi were shit and there was no pool at all. When you look up the place online, it shows you a beautiful new building. It's well taken care of and makes u think you are getting a deal. What you get is old out dated and a never want to go back there again vibe.

It was in a convenient location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, doctors office, ETC. The proper had a pool but unfortunately didn’t get to use it.

The property was a little rusty, our door had black tape around it, we had to push the door in all the way so it could close. The shower faucet was loose! The fridge was a little slow to keep our stuff cold. The coffee maker leaked! Ohhh yeah no “ON THE GO BREAKFAST” which I thought was good for the price which initially I got the place for lmfao 😂

The hot water was available right away. Very near the Navy barracks where my son stays. Accesible to some restaurants and shops.

The TV wasn’t connected to the cable. The WiFi connection wasn’t working.

Great staff. Very friendly. Reasonably quiet room. Clean room. Comfortable bed. The fridge could have kept thing cooler.

Was supposed to be a non-smoking room. And for the most part it probably was. But the smell of old cigarette smoke was there. Maybe from the lower rooms. I don’t know. Still, it was a nice stay for what we needed.

I like that the pillows on the bed were very comfortable and the bed themselves were very comfortable to sleep on. The rooms were nice and the location was very convenient. I was staying for my boyfriend’s graduation that took place on Parris Island which was just about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. which makes it easier to leave in the morning. Over all it was a good stay.

The downside was there wasn’t really any complementary breakfast. The pool wasn’t in service and when checking into my room one of the beds blanket had a stain on it. We had to go and asked someone to change it.

Perfect Location if Coming to SC for USMC Graduation Only 10 minutes away from Parris Island.Great Price compared to other in this same Area.

It was a very clean and quiet beds very comfortable, and a great night sleep staff was very nice. I give a 20 star rating. I very good experience. Will be staying again very happy

ive been going here for years on and off with my mom for family, love the location the satf is super nice and the room was clean.

the bed frame for the accessible room was a little high. and there was now shower stool provided.
