First time staying for my daughter’s dance competition. And the Mosaic was excellent. From the front desk staff, to all the support staff were very helpful. Hotel was immaculately clean. The pool and hot tub though outside was warm. My kids enjoyed it. There was a mishap with our room on check in and the manager upgraded our stay, at no cost to us no questions asked. It was a busy weekend so it was understandable. Even without this upgrade I would have still given this hotel a five star.

As it was our first time, and the Mosaic is sort of nestled inside the resort, a sign on the main road pointing to the location of the hotel would be helpful. Especially at night. But once you find your way in the first time, it’s easier to navigate.

The gentleman (Aiden) who checked us in was absolutely lovely! We were checking out of another friend's room that morning and were worried we would have nowhere to put our bags until our next check in, later that afternoon. He was extremely friendly and helpful with our questions, looked up to see if there were any empty rooms available and got us checked in early. He made sure we got a parking pass for our car as well as wristbands to access resort amenities such as the gondola ride etc. Made our stay stress-free and allowed us to enjoy the last day of our vacation to the fullest. Definitely staying at the Mosaic again when we come back to Blue Mountain next summer!

Everything was perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough! First and foremost, the location is unbeatable – it's within walking distance to everything, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Whether you’re looking for shops, restaurants, or local attractions, everything is just a short stroll away. The hotel’s kitchen is another standout feature. It's fully equipped, which made preparing meals during our stay a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised to find they even provided a dishwasher and pods, making cleanup easy and hassle-free. During the winter, the heated pool and hot tub were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. It was such a treat to relax in warm water, especially in the chilly weather! The hotel was spotless throughout, and it was clear they take cleanliness seriously. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the staff – they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. All in all, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. This hotel offers great value for the price, and it ticks all the boxes for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, and the bed and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable. All the amenities of a home kitchen were available here. However, the best part of my stay was using the clean hot tub and large hot tub. In the cold winter and snow on the ground, using these facilities felt amazing. Also, the location of the hotel was excellent; it was right next to the village, making it easy to stroll around and really feel like you were traveling back in time. Thank you to the management and staff for this wonderful experience.

We loved the variety of things to do on the resort, especially that access to heated outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as Woodview Mountaintop Skating, Canopy Climb and Snowshoeing were all included in our resort fee. We took full advantage of everything and that really elevated our visit!

Our room was in an older building, so signs of wear and tear were scattered throughout the room: there were scratches and scuffs all over the door frames and walls; the edging on the carpet was chipped; some of the grout in the shower was dirty and black; the light under the kitchenette cupboard was just hanging from its socket. Our room wasn't dirty at all, it was just well worn-in, I guess.

We have stayed at the Mosaic many times over the past 15 years. The hotel has easy access to everything. Underground parking is great to have, as well as sauna and hot tub. Although the units are slightly looking their age, the unit is comfortable and has everything you need. The king bed was comfortable!

I hate to be negative but if I were to comment on a couple of things that could help to improve our experience I would say: - new bathrobes would be nice (the ones we had were so so short in length and arm length. They look like lol hey have shrunk in the dryer too many times and are not cozy or absorbent). - hot tub could be hotter - this would be a huge plus after activity and when the weather is cool.

Location was great. we had a one bedroom. very spacious. everything we needed was there to cook. kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. enjoyed the covered parking. staff was accommodating when we asked to move rooms. ( our first room was terribly warm and a light didn't work)

Sofa bed uncomfortable - as expected shower had no pressure. it was spraying in various directions but down our food that touched the back the fridge froze. even at lowest temperature found the room furniture very dusty. even other friends rooms I visited.

Sunset grill breakfast was good. Liked the grounds and the atmosphere of the village both late night day time evening and early mornings. The heated pools for the early morning swim when it was 1degree celceus. Underground parking was convenient. Loved the Irish pub food and fun live band. Ridgerunner was as fun

Village needs more breakfast sit down options than just sunset grill and timmies. Better signage to find how to get to the mosaic to check in and park. Been coming to the village almost every year different times of year. Noticing the village is getting dated and worn. Felt a little dirty/messy for the first time ever. Cost, we needed to search for best deal in order to stay in the village where is where we want to be, costs are getting high and not become out of reach to go.

I loved the Mosaic suites. I loved how friendly the front desk staff were. They were also very polite and helpful. I also loved the hot tub and the central location of the hotel. The beds were super soft and comfortable. I loved the view of the pool from the balcony.

House keeping. On the first night, all house keeping did was take the garbage and swap out the towels. The beds weren't changed/made, the floor wasn't vacuumed. Then the dishwasher isn't very good in Room 250. It doesn't wash dishes properly. It needs to be changed. For the bathroom, the sink was totally blocked. I had to call the front desk to have someone come up to unclog the sink in the smaller bedroom.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Blue Mountain staff were very proactive and would ensure we were prepared or well advised when walking through the village. There was one instance where staff noticed we appeared curious about attractions that were best for our family, and were very genuine to provide solid recommendations which really helped.

The cot bed was not the most comfortable. It would be appreciated if the additional bed was also more comfortable for additional family members. Not sure what else I could say, you could feel the springs and metal through the mattress.
