Everything was great. Nothing to complain about, Breakfast could have been much better. No fruits on breakfast. But it's been the same with most of the hotels I stayed in Turkey. Maybe they're not used to having fruits for dinner. Otherwise everything else was great

Very nice hotel, 10 min walk from the downtown area. There is a free parking lot next to the hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception. Unexpectedly our first evening at the hotel we were visited by one of the staff members and we were given a complimentary fruit plate, which was a very nice surprise. Also there were complimentary water bottles very day.

Just a one night stay. Staff were very good, helped us arrange a vip shuttle to airport. Acommodation quiet, comfy and close to train and bus station.

The location is very good, also the hotel has own parking with security cameras. The rooms are good size with comfortable beds and good lighting.

The majority of the staff barely speaks English and communication is an issue.

The price is cheap. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is great, if you are going to Pamukkale or anywhere by bus, the bus station is just 3 mins away.

It’s a bit old, but for this price it’s alright. Also, it's more expensive to book it on booking.com, just walk-in, you'll get better price.

The hotel is very near to the bus station. You can walk to the hotel and walk back to catch the bus to some other places.

The hotel staff in the evening can't speak English. You can talk to another in the morning, anyway.

Close to the train station. Many places to eat in the neighborhood. Fabulous breakfast is included. Good value for the cost.

The way you log into wifi is weird. I had to ask reception for the internet access information. It is not listed anywhere in the room.

the night and day reception staff were amazing and the cleaners too. Needed laundry and they did it same day

Good breakfast, although nothing special. 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful.

It's ok for the price!

The room was spacious and warm, with heating I could adjust. The staff all tried to speak English with me.

Some days there was nothing hot for breakfast.
