Location on a nice stretch of quiet beach. Lovely big rooms and comfortable bed.

Windows were very dirty outside spoiling the view. We also experienced noise from early morning staff.

This hotel is in a beautiful waterfront location. The pool is big and gorgeous. Our room was spotless and very comfortable with a lovely ocean view.

The hotel is very isolated and is a 45-minute ride from the center of Veracruz.

The breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of options and nice espresso coffee (which is difficult to get in Mexico!). The staff was very kind, also with our twin daughters. Great location: quiet place and almost a private beach.

The pool is cold, which is ok for a Northern European family, but it is really cold (shadow side of the hotel).

Everything was excellent! It is like an oasis in the middle of nowhere but at the beach. It is a true escapade from the busy city. The rooms are huge!! It feels like a 5 start hotel. Even the mattress quality was excellent.

Can't think of something bad.

Because of an exceptional situation (gale force winds over several days) the hotel could not deliver on its promises. Electricity/water outages, beach and pool closed, hardly any clients in the house. We were nevertheless thankful for the safe shelter.

It is a very Nice hotel with All the things you may need . Personal is extrémely kind and Nice .

It is a little far from doentown and the hotel bar was closed really earlybbefore 10,30 at nigth . It is locatied very far away from bars it would be grenst, if you could buy a drink until 11 or midnigth.

Everything! It is as right on the beach and extremely clean.

Their store wasn't open. So I had to walk to a gas station nearby.

location- it is directly on the beach without other hotels around, it offers privacy. Hotel is modern, super clean, staff very helpfull, nice pool, good value for money. We stay in room with valley view. it was ok, but next time we will book sea view. These rooms have also balcony, but are more costly.

i would appreciate to have open account for restaurant and bar for the whole stay and pay at the end of stay. it is not pleasant after each dish or drink at pool/ beach bar to pay.

location was perfectly private. Reception was incredible attentive and informative. Personal at the restaurant was very polite and friendly. Hotel was spotless, and organized. It's a rare find @ here. Love it and I will definitely be staying here again.
