The apartment was perfect for us - it was clean and spacious. Location was great - easy walk to town but far enough away to be quiet. The ladies who worked here were wonderful and helped us get laundry done and arranged scooter hire for us. Would definitely recommend this place.

Big, spacious apartment with a good breakfast included. It was a walking distance to the town center and all the restaurants. Wifi was great.

We have booked a ferry to El-Nido through the property (through the agency they have called) and we have paid at property. When arriving to the port we were struggling to find an office / right people to get the tickets. Additionally we got the tickets for different ferry from what was originally said and the actual departure time was later than originally discussed. Not to mention that we have paid much more than what was actual the price on tickets + due to late departure we have missed the shared van to Port Barton and we had to take private one. Property claimed that agency is responsible for all this, but if they are offering the ferry arrangements, they should be more aware and careful with the agencies they are working with.

The apartment is very big , clean, and comfortable. It's actually 2 floors for ourselves with one living room, one bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is one street away from the noise of all the restaurants but still within walking distance (3-10 min). The hosts are very kind and help us with everything. Laundry was 80 pesos/kg with delivery the same day. Breakfast was traditional Filipino and homemade, and they accommodated our early breakfast twice during our stay to allow us to be on time for the boat tours. There is a drinking water fountain which is complimentary. Overall, I highly recommend Haisa apartment. It allows you to feel at home during your stay in Coron.

Clean modern apartment in a quiet street in Old Town. Great location; very close to the beach. Very good soundproofing inside the building (I didn't hear my neighbors the entire time). Washing machine, AC's in both living room & bedroom, big kitchen, modern bathroom. Lots of towels. Very clean apartment. Very good communication with apartment manager. He was very helpful. A very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again.

It was really a great stay. We loved the accommodation. The apartment had 2 levels and it really had everything we needed. It was really clean and quiet, in a perfect location close to everything. The ladies at the reception were really helpful and nice, helping us with tips, booking trips, and washing out clothes. Great breakfast also, served in the garden in the morning.

The communication prior to our arrival with the place put us off in the beginning (a bit dismissive). WiFi downstairs is a bit bad.

Mrs. Perry is very kind and helpful. Super clean everywhere; new and very comfortable mattresses in the bed. Well-distributed two-story apartment (toilet available upstairs and downstairs as well). Large refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen appliances available. Well-kept and well-maintained garden and plants. Staff are ready to help you even with your extra requests. There is also an affordable laundry service. Breakfast is a typical tasty Filipino à la carte menu with 6 options. Apartment is about 3 minutes from the main road (by walk) at a suitable distance from the noise of the city. Yes, there is a rooster and a dog next door, which is completely natural in a rural environment in PH and which is not disturbing at all (especially if you are not coming from a big city). Regardless, earplugs are available in the room for travelers with more sensitive ears. Wi-fi is available throughout the apartment, but the best signal strength is at the reception and in the courtyard. Unfortunately the signal in room #4 is weak and cannot be used properly. Having your own local SIM card is recommended which is available in the nearby area for 200 PHP, including data top-up. Do not buy it at the airport for 1000–1200 PHP! Overall summary: HAISA apartment is perfect for travelers who are looking for a quality accommodation. We can confirm that the 9.3 rating is correct.

Wi-Fi signal could be improved in suite #4. But that’s all. :)

This stay was just amazing! Staff very Kind, friendly and helpful! We had an amazing Apartment with two bathrooms and a lot of space! The Beds are very comfortable and in General everything was very very good! You Can refill your water at the water suspender, a small breakfast was included and the organized a tour and the pickup to the airport for us! Amazing! Highly recommend booking your stay there! It’s also quite close to the main area of Coron!

First, I must say that the property manager, PerryJane and her extended family were the best hosts. Very friendly, very helpful with suggestions for restaurants (Pacifico was our favorite), tours (Calamian Islands was our favorite), transportation, food shopping, Mt. Tapyas, New Year's Eve events, everything. Every day we had many questions and Perry never disappointed. She is a real sweetheart. The apartment was two floors, we had #4 at the end (only 4 apartments here) with good AC on both floors. Beds were comfy, everything clean, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower downstairs always having hot water. Kitchen was well-appointed, fridge was definitely bigger than we needed for 1 week. Double balcony was nice but other than view of distant islands you get metal roofs next door, but still a pleasant view in my eyes. The neighborhood was great for us as it was 10 minutes to Mt. Tapyas stairs, 3 minutes to San Agustine Church and the main road but quiet compared to some other areas. Would love to go back. Love Perry's girls, the Princess and the Queen, love the layout, love all her help and smiles.

Did not ask Perry but there were 2 table lamps, on each floor, that did not appear to have an outlet nearby. That was kind of weird. The clothesline on the double balcony was pretty short for such a long wraparound balcony though the pegs worked quite well. i did not mention to her but the plug for the TV was a pain. Sometimes it did not go on, sometimes it went on then off and sometimes you need to squeeze the tape on the cord which may or may not help. And sometimes it worked the first time. CNN and some other channels were very good. But a list of the channels, 30+ maybe, would have been helpful.

It was alright. Clean, the air-conditioning was working o.k., quiet place away from the main road, the bed was comfortable. On the down side there's a few things that disturbed us: There's a kitchen in the apartment but there's no coffee or tea to make for yourself . Most of the light bulbs on the upper floor don't work and in the evening it's too dark. Wifi is bad. There's no fruit/veggie dish on the breakfast menu .

The nicely maintained authentic home perfectly located in the town of Coron. The staff are just the most friendly and welcoming people. We highly appreciated the efficiency with responses and breakfast provided super well on time (even a bit earlier) and all the care they put into maintaining the house

It is a bit dated and needs maybe refreshment especially in the bathrooms but it is at a higher level. All in all, perfect value for money
