A very nice 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment. The lady who owns it is easy to talk to. Connect with her WhatsApp so she can tell you how to pick up the keys and door pass. If you're hiring a car, let her know, and then she will provide a special pass for parking in the basement for free. A lift takes you from the basement to your floor. The apartment is air conditioned. A big tv and great wifi. Wifi codes on the wall by the tv. A very large fridge too, but the best thing for me was the hot and cold water filter machine. Great for coffe and iced water on tap, which means not having to buy bottled water! I will definitely be staying here again. Pool and gym are all very clean. You will get a pass to use those during your stay. Highly recommended

Easy check-in and check-out. Location is good. Shopping mall downstairs with good eateries. Suitable for family travelling with little child where washing machine / dryer and hot/cold water purifier dispenser are available. Overall no complaints.

The host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is big,clean and the facilities is complete with fridge, washing machine,dryer, Cuckoo water dispenser,iron,water heater and hair dryer, etc. Suitable for my family and very handy right next to Boulevard mall. One of the best place I have stayed. Overall I am super satisfied and will definitely book again if come to Kuching. Totally recommended to everyone.

The person in charge always keep in touch and giving sufficient information for checking in...Spacious apartment..there is a shopping mall on 2nd level, outside next just 100 mtrs is another shopping mall...Love the facilities provided.. Washing machine & dryer machine..The pool, the gym...everything is superb...Looking forward for my next stay...

A bit far from many tourists spots but the apartment is between airport and city centre and just below apartment is Boulevard Mall. Overall, I recommend this place!

Its a Huge 3 Bed Room Apartment with a Large Living Room. all 3 Rooms are very specious . Host Ms. Mei Mei is so Professional in her work and very corporative and helpful . she gave us all the information about laundry as well as stationary shop Excellent place to stay with Family as its a well secured Property . bit away from the main city area and just next to the Boulevard shopping Mall

The location is strategic, easy to go, and gets varieties of local foods. The rooms are so comfortable and well equipped with air conditioner. Car park was available and quite convenient. Not to forget the peaceful private pool, which is also suitable for kids.

To me, the sofa in the living room had an uncomfortable odour, but my husband said it's just fine.Moreover, we spent time mostly outside of the apartment.

It was big and comfortable. There was a shopping complex on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building, however there was no supermarket as it was being renovated.

Though the living, dining and kitchen areas were very clean, cleanliness could be further improved in the bedrooms and walls of the bathrooms.

The host attentive and response promptly to queries n request. Apartment is spacious, clean with kitchen amenities. Didn't cook, use micro wave oven and washing machine / dryer only. Next to hotel and mall, very convenient. It's also quite near the airport.

The utensils can be improve, no teaspoons.

Keys were collected from the mail box. You will need to get the attention of the guard for the first entry to access the mail box. After that it was smooth as the key can be used to access the building and the parking slot. The apartment complex is about 2 km from the airport. The unit was very large and clean. The view from the balcony is quite nice as we can see half of Kuching town. At night the view is even better. The beds were comfy and the wi-fi were excellent. Netflix is provided by the owner. That was a nice touch. The restaurant at the hotel in the same apartment complex served very good grilled salmon dish. It was cooked to perfection.

The shops in the shopping center in the apartment complex do not open until 10 am, so getting breakfast was difficult. We had to cross quite a busy multi lane highway in front of the hotel to get to a mamak shop that serves good breakfast.
