The host lady is super nice and the room is clean. The place is cozy, feel like you are visiting your grandma. We went down late for breakfast and got a little stare but the host lady still took great care of us. Love her!

- No lift, we brought huge luggage so its a bit of a struggle to bring it to our room but its only 2nd floor so it wasnt bad. - No bell, when we try to check in there was no one at the reception and no contact/notes. No reponse via booking chat or whatsapp. We were waiting for about 10-15 minutes. - Cash only. We choose pay at property understands that they will take card but no.

The location was excellent right near centre of town. Room was spacious and clean.

The fact I had to pay in cash and not card to save them tax. So I had to use atm which cost me extra money.

A quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Mestia. The staff were so friendly and it felt like we were staying jn a family home. They allowed us to even use their kitchen to cook and even made us a special breakfast. The rooftop offered fantastic views of the mountains and ask for the room facing the back - you will be awarded with beautiful views of the watchtowers with the mountains.

There is no lift on site so if you are staying upstairs be prepared to carry your luggage. There were some construction work happening while we were there that we weren’t made aware of beforehand, but the staff were apologetic and the drilling happened mostly when we were out. No complains really just a great place to stay!

Central location close to everything. Super-friendly and helpful host. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

Wi-fi is not good for video calls which is typical for Mestia. Consider mobile internet for working.

The owner was very nice even though we had problems communicate in english. The breakfast was way more than we could eat.

Liked having a balcony, bedside lamps, ample closet/shelf space. Very nice rooftop terrace with table and chairs and a great view of the Caucasus. Good shower. Staff helped arrange driver for outings. Very good and hearty breakfast with pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, bread with several fruit jams, chese, and fresh fruit. No kettle in the room but the cook let us take one up to use during our stay. Central location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shops.

Would be good to have a fan as there is no AC.

Very nice and comfortable place. It is well located, very near to the center. We arrived just before midnight but the host was waiting for us.

There was no electricity in Mestia for some short time. However, that did not ruin our nice stay. Host should place a small plustic micup for tooth brushes in the toilet.

The rooms are very clean and the hotel's garden is really sweet. Marina helped us with everything we needed and the food was very generous and good. We hope to come back there! Highly recommend!

The guesthouse is located close to the square, it´s new and has spacious and well-furnished rooms. The building has a lovely garden and I could have a huge breakfast for 20 GEL. The staff is friendly and I could store my luggage at the guesthouse for a couple of days while I was hiking.
