Nice location, the lake is just few steps in front of the hotel. Staff was nice and hospitable and he speaks English. The room was a bit small for three people but that's okay. Hot water and A/C worked well along with great Wi FI connectivity. Breakfast were great as for Turkish breakfast. There is an elevator.

Less parking space, be prepared and tell them in advance if you rent a car. There was a thing provided in the bathroom but we don't know whether it is shampoo or soap as it wasn't labeled. There were a few minor cosmetic imperfections on the walls, however, these did not impact the functionality of the room.

The staff was excellent, and they treated us like family. Ahmad is such a nice gentleman, he looked after us, and always asked if we need anything. He offered to give us a ride to the bus station. The breakfast was excellent with a nice verity and there is something for everyone. They use nice and good quality local products. If I go back to Uzungol, I would stay only in Poyraz hotel.

Nothing! Everything exceeded our expectation. We felt everything was good, and the hotel rate was fair. A small thing to improve the outside area, perhaps the hotel can out some plants to make that area more pleasant.

The manager is very helpful and very good. Right on the lake side, good breakfast, clean and good place.

It is not about the property but there was big renovation or reconstruction of the road just in front of the hotel. It was a kind of discomfort, due to cement and sand in the windy weather. But sure now it is over and this disadvantage became good benefit for next guests. Food is quite expensive in the town, sights are beautiful, worth of visiting.

The property location is extremely perfect, in front of the lake, The hotel furniture is good and clean( it’s good as a village hotel ) There is outdoor tables you can take your coffee and breathe a clean air and enjoying lake view The staff are helpful

The price is too expensive for hotel like this (considering the low season) The rooms has no soundproof The parking is 100M away (you can consider it positive or negative point because you will enjoy you walking, the will help you to deliver your car if you ask him) The breakfast included egg and chicken nuggets only as protein

Perfect location, on the lake shore. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Open buffet breakfast was good. Staff professional and helpful. Room with views are great to enjoy the lake panorama.

Rooms quite small, not spacious. There are roadworks on the north of Uzungöl going to the hotel, access difficult as of April 2024. Uzungöl area nature and natural beauties exploited for and by Arab origin tourists.

Everything was fantastic and the receptionist ahmet was very nice and helpful 10 out of 10 as he helped me to visit places which I didn't know about it but for hotel I think they need to arrange some air fan for rooms as there is no a/c in uzungol all hotels

This hotel has the best staff I’ve ever seen . The manager of the hotel and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. Mr Nouh Ahmet was very helpful and supportive. He was a very kind person. The hotel’s location is perfect and the rooms were very clean . I can give this hotel score of 10 for cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel for others and I will come again en Shaa Allah.
