A variety of breakfast options were available. Even my 8 year old was happy. Items were replenished quickly when they ran out during the meal. Everything was comfortable and clean. The beds were a bit soft for my back. Temperature of the room was easy to control. Our microwave did not work (loved having it in the room!!!) and someone came to fix it very quickly! Love the larger mini fridge, too. Once the pool heaters were turned on, the pool was great, too. There were a couple of fast food options as well as sit down options for lunch and dinner that were in walking distance (two across the highway so we drove). We were looking for a place half way between Terre Haute and Indy and this was a great stay.

Well when it came time to pay for the room the girl took off way to much off my debit card. When we finally got that taken care of the next morning they took off additional money. When I asked the staff why more was taken off, no one could tell me any thing they said they didn't do it So I asked then to release the hold of of it so I can get my money off hold they said they couldn't help me however they helped me with same issue day before Been a month and still waiting for it to be released or taken off hold Any suggestions

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They asked if there was anything we needid and I appreciated that and they checked on us the housekeeping. Did they didn't excellent job of paying attention to there. Customers and helping them feel at ease.

We had a handicap accessible room. The room was really good except. We had trouble when we were bringing things in and out of the main door to the room. If there was some way it could be propped open. Or something so that it was easier to navigate. R Walker and wheelchair. Are anything else like the cart with our luggage? Through the room, it would have been a lot.

Best breakfast during my 4-day trip. Nice to have the egg-white omelette as an alternative to just boring scrambled eggs. Coffee was awesome & warm cinnamon rolls were yummy! Shower in room worked well but tub only had ONE safety strip in place so was a bit slippery.

The slippery tub is a safety hazard. Bed pillows weren’t the best but that’s standard in most hotels.

Very clean! Even pool area was very clean! (Saw staff scrub brush the pool floor) Friendly staff, hot breakfast by Sherry was scrumptious, cable tv so was able to watch the NFR, hot water with pressure for shower, liked I didn’t have to unpack my shampoo etc bc facility had dove soaps provided, very pleased with our overnight stay

The ice machine was broken on my floor but could still get ice in the 2nd floor

Our family has special needs that require us to have two rooms in close proximity. This was literally the only time that we showed up and got the rooms we had purchased without any issues, multiple phone calls or room changes. Thank you so much.

I hated that Fox News was on blast during breakfast. Just because I'm visiting Indiana doesn't mean that I need to hear conspiracy theories and hate speech first thing in the morning. Do better.

You messed up at booking.com. I had a confirmed handicap mobility assessable room booked at booking.com. However you did not convey that to the hotel. We ended up with a regular room. I NEED a chair height commode, rails, shower you Don’t have to step over and in. We were stuck with what you conveyed to them. Not the hotels fault. However I paid for what was charged to Me for the handicapped room even though it wasn’t handicapped.

Location was great for viewing the eclipse and visiting nearby parks. Having access to a pool was nice. Breakfast being available was nice and there were several options of food to eat.

Toilet needs to be replaced. It didn't flush unless you held handle down for several seconds, then released and the seat wasn't secure.

Room was super clean, jetted tub was relaxing and room and atmosphere was quiet. Breakfast was really good, good variety and tasty. Will be back.😀

The heating system is old and difficult to regulate. It was hard to adjust the setting so that the temperature was not too hot. Throughout the night we turned it off and then on again as our room became cold.
