Clean rooms that are pet friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good location close to restaurants. We stayed 2 nights and first night there were a lot of noisy guest, however 2nd night was much quieter. The guy who checked us in was super friendly and helpful.

Too expensive when there is no breakfast served and no pool.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The shower was very nice. The beds were comfortable and I did get a good night sleep.

The location did not have breakfast as I was expecting. Also, my room was right outside the vending area so I could hear everyone who came to get snacks and ice. The bed I slept in was creaky, but after I got in and got to sleep, I slept well.

The staff, very friendly and helpful. The location - right odd the HWY. The reasonable rate for the room. The comfort of the room and the quiet area the Red Roof Inn is located in. This is not our first stay here and probably not our last. Almost forgot about the candies at the checkin/out desk.

Very convenient to where we needed to go everyday, clean, very friendly staff

Our room was at the end of the hall next to the exit door. It seemed there were people going in/out of the door all night, which we could easily hear the door opening & closing.

Helpful, friendly, accommodating staff. Beautiful area conveniently located. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Only one incident that happened a couple of times. It is a smoke free hotel/smoke free rooms which is important to us. Yet there were a couple of times that staff were smoking in the hallway area near our room. This caused our room to have a strong smell of cigarette smoke those times. I'm asthmatic so it was especially bothersome to me for that reason. That was the only "unprofessionalism" and lack of consideration we experienced during our extended stay.

I always enjoy coming to this hotel, I come to visit my sisters memorial and it's so peaceful coming back to this hotel very friendly staff and very accommodating. Love the fact that I can check in early without any hassle or fees. Great staff!!! Thank you for the good hospitality

Recently renovated, everything works well, electronic check-in (via camera), plenty of parking even for the oversized, free morning coffee

4/5 cleanliness for the bathroom, fresh paint smell, no snacks/yogurts for morning coffee

close proximity to C Bar C Expo Center. smells very clean and bed was comfortable

no one works at the front desk anymore. you have to use a kiosk and the people that check you in are in India and difficult to understand. hotel is very understaffed but the staff that are onsite are wonderful and work very hard to keep the hotel clean. since there is no staff at the desk there appeared to be a homeless man who was always sitting in the lobby or outside

Not fancy, no breakfast but Lous Dinner is right down the road, good coffee, clean rooms, comfortable bed

The room and bathroom was spacious, clean, and a great value. Comfy bed. There was noise from people/cars in the parking lot playing music and talking, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Smooth check in and check out.
