I had a truly wonderful stay at this villa, everything about it was just perfect. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it feel like a real home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a short walk from supermarkets, shops, and banks, which made everything so convenient. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were also warmly welcomed by his lovely mother, who greeted us with cold cola, and water, such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel immediately at home. She also kindly offered help and even tea and breakfast if we needed anything. Bikes were available too, which was a great way to explore the area. Overall, the service was excellent, the atmosphere peaceful, and the whole experience simply amazing. I would definitely return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The owner is very nice, quick response , organised a taxi from airport to pick up my friend and drop back. Clean place with all equipment you need , clean and comfortable bed. The roof top is a bonus to relax in the evening . The location of the villa is amazing, Lagon beach is a short walk or 5 min by taxi. Dahab beach, restaurants and all the night life is 15 min walk , I enjoyed walking around or still 5 min taxi ride. Supermarket is 2 min walk. Even the landlady got us 2 bicycles from the store to use when we asked but we didn’t use it in the end, really thank you for that . The owner is a great help and I would definitely come back . The location of the property is very good. It’s very close to the prettiest beach in Dahab, Laguna Beach, only about 5 minutes away. There is a market, a really nice café, an ATM/bank and the very famous German bakery, all around the corner basically. The villa is also very close to many local restaurants. All other spots were very easy to reach. I also found the area to be calm and peaceful at night, and I felt really safe inside the house. The property had everything one might need. The rooftop terrace was my personal highlight, I found it to be very relaxing and offered another sitting and relaxing area beside the apartment. Perfect for a lovely Egyptian breakfast or playing cards and chilling in the evening. Amir and his Mother were extremely welcoming and very helpful from the moment I booked the Villa. Amir organized an airport pick-up and drop-off and bike rentals, all for a very reasonable price. Even though our travel plans were changed very spontaneously, Amir was very flexible and could arrange everything that was necessary. Thanks a lot to Amir and Aunty Mariam for their hospitality and for making the trip extremely enjoyable!! Hopefully till very soon :)

Amir and his mum were very helpful and kind, we could use their bikes free of charge to get around Dahab, the apartment looks lovely and we absolutely loved the rooftop terrace. In general, we did love our stay here, would probably stay here again if we were coming to Dahab again!

It was not as clean as we would have liked it, so we had to start by sweeping and cleaning surfaces, the wifi kept coming and going, at certain points even the electricity and there were way too many mosquitoes even though we kept the netted parts of the windows and doors closed so they must have come inside by the frames as there were some gaps around them

The stay was excellent in every aspect - cleanliness, location. I thank the owner who didn't delay in fulfilling any of our requests and treated us with respect and kindness , And the house's rooftop was exceptionally beautiful and stunning, and it was the most distinctive feature.

There was no clothes iron in the house, and the Wi-Fi was not working due to an issue with the internet company.

Had a fantastic family week at Boghdady Dahab Villa! The villa was cozy and well-equipped, and the owner, a lovely lady, took great care of us. Perfect location—close to the beach, the Lagoon, and all essentials. Highly recommend!

The apartment manager is very friendly and very keen on the guest comfort. Location is very good as it is very close to "el mamsha". Roof is very good too. Apartment was very clean. All rooms had good A/C

Amir was amazingly helpful, made everything so easy. The apartment, was clean extreamly confortable and the kitchen well stocked so we could comfortably cook for all 6 of us! The rooftop terrace is wonderful and a perfect place for a morning coffee or evening drinks.
