I stay at this hotel at several times a month, as I work closeby. It's the best value for money hotel I've ever encountered - yes the room is basic, but the mattrass and the pillow are super comfy. What stands out most in this hotel is the people who work there. Those behind the reception, behind the bar, or making your eggs in the breakfast space. There is not a question they can't answer, and they do everything to help you. I hurt my back last time before arriving, and the receptionist took my suitcase to my room for me. I'm also a tea drinker - there's a coffee maker (espresso) available in the room, but I always get a kettle and can make my selection of teas. The restaurant has sublime food as well. And even there, they go above and beyond. On my second night last time I suffered a migraine but had planned to eat in the restaurant - a challenge when ligth and noise sensitive. I went down to order, told them about the migraine, and they immediately said no problem, food will be delivered to your room (they normally don't do room service as far as I'm aware), go rest, we'll drop by. Amazing!

The wifi connection can be a bit wonky depending on yur rooom.

Good clean room, nice workers. Big king size bad.

Location is far away from the center of the city but reachable with a train. Wifi works not quickly. I also must wait for my check in 1 hour more than planned and because of It must change my day planning.

Free parking, soap and shampoo supplied, coffee in room, Breakfast available, room is quiet, forest view, friendly staff.

Room very small for the price, no Air-conditioning, shower water run onto super small bathroom floor. No charge point next to Bed!

We had a coffee machine with capsules, very convenient. Our apartment was cleaned every night.

Location is very inconvenient, but this was the cheapest variant in the area, so we expected it.

Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Only doenside was that you can hear the doors of the other rooms wuite loud in the evening/night.

I had the last parking spot, it was a bit crowded.

Suitable for one night stay on your way.Rooms are clean, there was a coffeemaker and small fridge, big TV. There is a free parking.

A bit old and in need of repair.

We have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family. It is always a good stay, the staff are friendly and happy to help where they can. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have all you need for a short stay.

On this particular stay we were charged for coffee from the machine on the ground floor which we never have been charged for before but otherwise all was great.

The hotel was good, and location was great for what we needed it for. The only thing we struggled with was the temperature in the room. It was really hot (we did have a heatwave at the time), and the window's didn't open much. There's no air conditioning although the hotel had provided fans for each of the rooms. Overall I was happy with the hotel and I would stay there again.

The bed was great. Helpful staff. Location. Room was perfect value for money.

Cheaper dinners for guests wouldve let us had dinner at the location.

Excellent. Clean,polite staff and very helpful. The room was fantastic the bed was very comfortable all round was great.

I didn't like having to leave.
