We had a great stay in Cannes. The location is great! It‘s not too close to the centre so it‘s pretty quiet during the evenings. However, you can be in centre and „la croisette“ in about 10min by foot! Also the staff and especially the cleaning staff was great!

Well the parking garage is definitely not made for medium and big cars, we had quite the struggles to get out and scratched the front of our car a bit - which isn‘t too bad luckily. We managed to park the rest of the days infront of the hotel on public parking spots - which worked just fine.

- The hotel is in a very good condition - Spacious and comfortable room - High level of cleanliness - Helpful and pleasant staff. They event went out of their way to book us a spontaneous extra night in a sister hotel because they were full

- Had a small issue in the end of the stay where they thought we took the bathrobes from the room. But it was quickly resolved when we told them there were none in the room to begin with

Very good location, we could walk to the main points, the room was quite spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable. The staff was very kind too.

The window curtains were too short so we had street lights coming to the room during the night and sun light during the morning, making it harder to sleep. The air conditioner was not working and it was a bit hot inside the room. The hotel parking is not included.

Cannot praise the staff enough, they were professional, charming and caring. The underground car park was beneficial and safe. The room was great, bed very comfortable and clean. The hotel is an oasis of peace and serenity which is needed after the streets of Cannes! Highly recommend this hotel and the staff who go the extra mile to ensure you feel comfortable and well.

Loved the friendly staff who were super helpful. The room was well sound-proofed and good air con. The bathroom was well stocked with everything you could need. The bed was comfortable. The room was cosy with great lights and a decent size.

Not the hotel's fault by any means, but the only thing that put me off slightly was the location with some rather shady characters lingering near the train station. After a day or two I worked out a safer route where you don't have to use the underpass.

Hotel was lovely so much so we tried to book an additional night but hotel was full. Lovely and helpful reception staff. Good location short walk to bars restaraunts and beach front. Room was a really good size amd well decorated. Nice little bar in reception with reasonable selection of vino etc.

The receptionists very nice and helpful, the garden beautiful and cosy, the room even if too small, with taste decorated.

The young lady from breakfast was very rude and nervous, we asked for something and came and slammed it on the table, then we asked her a question about the coffee and she answered in a very bad tone, this is not the way you treat your customers, therefore no come back. Room very small, nice, but very small, window opens onto a closed, with no light, balcony. The entrence garage is awful, very tide, you go in, but very hard to go out.

Booking.com states the floors are parquet but in reality they are all carpeted which definitely need changing as they r very dirty. Changed 2 rooms and both had issues w water drainage in the bathtubs. A/C keeps on turning iff during the night

The staff were exceptionally friendly. One woman employee giving my friend and I suggestions of restaurants that were delicious. The hotel is a short walk from many great shops and places to go in the evening.

The toilet is a separate room from the rest of the bathroom facilities.

The location was good, the staff from reception to housekeeping were excellent (Elena was exceptional). Highly recommended

Parking of course was difficult however I found the underground carpark at the railway station, problem solved.
