It was a beautiful property with comfortable beds. The rooms were warm, which isn't given at various luxury properties, so it was a huge plus! The pool was heated, which was another big bonus. Breakfast was incredible.

Not a negative, but something worth mentioning is that while it's at the same complex as Rambagh Palace it's a very separate property and not as impressive as the other. It's 1/3 of the price, but it's not like you can cross to their garden. The room was clean and great and welcome chocolates and wine were a nice touch, but unfortunately, there was black hair on the chocolate plate (I get it, it can happen), but it made us feel like it wasn't clean.

I can’t fault anything here. I only took away one star because the restaurant took 40 minutes bringing me some soup and toast, when it was totally empty. I wonder what food delivery timings are like when full of patrons.

We had the pleasure of staying at the new Sawai Man Mahal with an amazing pool and top-notch facilities, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool area. The pool was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with crystal clear water that was so inviting. The poolside loungers were comfortable, and I enjoyed soaking up the sun while sipping on a refreshing drink from the bar. The pool area also had a beautiful view, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering a variety of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant that served delicious meals, catering to a range of dietary preferences. The food is amazing ! We loved being taken care of by Masumi and her colleagues! The rooms were spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with a nice shower and high-quality amenities. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the attentive concierge who provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, to the housekeeping staff who kept my room spotless, every interaction was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to assist. Overall, our experience at this new hotel with its amazing pool and facilities was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Excellent excellent excellent, great property literally luxuries. Staff along with the General Manager are so so helpful and personally wish and talk to each guest and Chexk on their needs. Myself and my wife are very picky and not easy to please but these guys did a tremendous job.

1) Usually most to all 5 stars in Rajasthan have evening snacks and traditional shows. Didn't expect this property would not have, they should start it ASAP. 2) Food can be much better, four star food and breakfast choices.

The staff. They are extremely well trained and hospitable. Taking care of the guests with genuine kindness and respect was something that would get me back here to this palace. From the hostess to front desk to other staff at the palace…..all were efficient 👍

Could be a little less expensive. But services delivered were worth it.

I recently stayed at a sawai man mahal , and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail in the room decor was impressive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff members were incredibly courteous and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The amenities, from the fitness center to the on-site dining, were top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel property to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Special thanks to its general manager, seldom you see such high ranking official of the hotel to be greeting customers And a big shout out to your training team. We felt like we are royalty.

I loved everything about the property

Wonderful staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Following traditional greeting we have received lovely card from the hotel menagment with our picture. Also generous room upgrade was provided for us. From recepition to people working in the garden and restaurant everybody was so professional and friendly. Food was top notch! We could peraonally complement the cook. Hotel is exceptionally beautiful, super spotless and we could enjoy history and heritage of the place.

I literally cannot fault anything. Our stay was perfect. This place will make you fall in love with India and Jaipur.

Almost everything, particularly the proximity to Rambagh Palace where we had two fabulous dinners and enjoyed walking around the extensive gardens.

Dinner at La Mesa was a bit mediocre for a hotel of this calibre.

Positive, attentive and efficient staff. Well maintained and spacious rooms. Great turndown service. Wonderful breakfasts and dinners at La Mesa, where we were looked after very well by Mausumi. Can dine at Rambagh Palace venues and charge them to your room.

Air conditioning system struggled to keep up with Jaipur’s heat. Hot water system temperature seemed to vary with demand.

I visited this property to celebrate my parents 35th anniversary and my Fathers 60th birthday. the stay was exceptional. My parents room was upgraded upon arrival , their room was decorated with flowers and cakes were cut on both occasions. We had both our dinners at their restaurant. the food was good and desserts were just amazing. The service was exceptional. Thank you to the entire staff for your hospitality. I would highly recommend visiting this place.
