Free parking, beautifully kept grounds, cleanliness, cookies and fruit in the lobby, soap, shampoo, conditioner were provided, in room mini fridge, microwave, nice desk and furnishings, courteous staff, SPACIOUS rooms, proximity to ND campus, comfy beds, AMAZING breakfast

We stayed on a Saturday night and could hear a little bit of the music from Backers across the street. Not a big deal at all, we slept really well in our comfy beds

Great location. Quiet and comfortable for the night. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Love the outdoor patio space to sit out with our coffee in the morning. The character of the building and the beautiful landscaping is quite charming. Felt more cozy and intimate than your conventional hotel.

It would be nice to have a couple lounge chairs in the hotel room. There was just an office chair which was useful, but there seemed to be plenty of room to create a sitting area, too. The breakfast was great…tho it’d be nice to have more vegetarian/vegan options. Like a vegan burrito or fresh cut fruit bowls.

It was quaint. When we got there, there was coffee, ice tea, and chocolate chip cookies, which were delicious. Our room was a nice size. I liked the glass coffee cups and glasses. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was homemade. We had glass plates and real silverware.

The steps and threshold were hard to manage with the luggage cart. Our room had a large stain in the carpet.

Great location especially for spending time on the Notre Dame campus. Breakfast above average for a hotel breakfast.

Bed was much firmer than I typically like so depending on your preferences on bed softness something to be aware of. Took quite some time for water to get hot, once it did the pressure wasn’t real forceful.

The staff at the front desk was fantastic! Very helpful! Went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious! It didn’t seem rushed to be put together. The iced tea served in the front was fantastic. Nice addition.

I truly do not have anything negative to say. All went well. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay there and came in for a play at the Morris Theater downtown. The hotel was close to Notre Dame University and only a few minutes away from the play. This location was ideal for this event and our first experience to South Bend. Would stay here again.

Limited restaurants within walking distance. Nothing to take away from the hotel.

Ivy Court Inn is ideal if you want to visit the University of Notre Dame. The campus is just across the street and you can thus easily access ND facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nicely sized bathroom, a coffeemaker and a fridge. The receptionists are very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was nice as well, with cereal, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, and other choices.

For Europeans, it is important to note that you need a car to get anywhere other than the University of Notre Dame. There are no attractive dining options within a reasonable walking distance other than ND restaurants.

Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good!

Property could use some maintenance and updates. Bathroom shower & that area could use updates. Elevator could use maintenance and repairs it was super slow and broken lights & broke buttons. We opted for the stairs when we could.

We were at Notre Dame for the Finals of the Bengal Bouts. The location of the property was extremely convenient for this trip. Very happy with everything about Ivy Court. Our schedule did not allow us to partake in the breakfast, but I have no doubt that it was fine.

The chocolate chip cookies. The black out curtains in room 309. Should have these installed in all rooms facing the courtyard. Very intimate and personal.

We had room 205 for out first stay and the court yard lights kept me awake all night. I highly suggest black out curtains for the rooms facing the court yard.
