The person at the reception was very friendly, she explained everything very clearly and her Spanish was excellent! Her tips for places to have dinner were helpful. The room had everything I needed, it was very comfy. The vending machines were useful and I got some coffee and water in the morning. It was a very quiet place which was nice.

I think the water in the shower wasn't hot enough. But perhaps I didn't wait long enough? And I didn't make any enquires either because it was warm enough for a quick shower and I only stayed one day. This is the only thing I can say as a suggestion to improve. My stay was great!

The room was nice, modern and clean. Ireally liked the view from my window to the church top. The restaurant Pátio da Graça was simply outstanding! (Nikkei cuisine, fusion between Japanese and Peruvian gastronomy) really recommended 👌 Just a 5min walk from the Portas do Sol terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or a coffee with the most magnificent view over the surrounding landscape!

There's not much sound insulation from the external noise (noise from the restaurant/kitchen, from other guests in common areas, sounds from neighbouring rooms...) More hangers would be useful (namely in the bathroom, behing the door or on the wall)

A nice place for a stay in the heart of Santarem. The studios are located on a side street in a renovated building, offering complete privacy. The ones located at the groundfloor have a common terrace, perfect for breakfast. The studios are small and intimate, but well equipped, perfect for 3 people, but not enough for 4.

When arriving, our reservation was messed up, as it appeared in their system single occupancy instead of 3 (2 adults and 1 child), also the prices were different, even if they confirmed it more than 3 months ahead. The nice lady from the reception double checked it with Booking and the owner and cleared all the missunderstandings. The toilet bowl needs a fix, as it shakes when seated.

Great location in the old city. Half a kilometer from Portas de Sol and W shopping mall. Clean and tidy, good AC. Good beds and pillows. Nice and friendly service at the reception. The restaurant is apparently famous for it's food, unfortunately our stay was now too short to enjoy a meal but the ambience and wine was very good.

The stairs to the other bedroom are steep and narrow, also the glass rail was low and did not feel secure so I would only recommend this apartment to agile adults. We were lucky to find a spot for our car, buy might be a challenge on the narrow streets.

A very well-located apartment, right in the historic center of Santarém. It's a beautifully restored building with great taste. The apartment is very cozy and has a huge balcony with a superb view. The reception staff were extremely friendly, the key handover process was very easy, and they personally escorted us to the apartment, which is in a different building. Communication via messaging was quite quick; we always received timely responses, and they were very accommodating in accepting our request for a late check-out at no additional cost.

The only less positive aspect was that, after requesting a late check-out and having it accepted, we were disturbed quite early by housekeeping knocking on the door. There must have been a lack of communication between the services.

The location was awesome, the room very nice with good air conditioning. Kitchen good, very good micro-wave oven, nice space, nice spaces, good relation with the surroundings.

Only one pan was is bad condition. Was that only. Really, only that ok? More? No, it was only the pan. Almost done? No, come on, it was only the pan, come on green, move quickly fast super duper zooommmm, yey!

Nice apartment, good equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (although we didn’t use it or cook) and a big fridge. We had an apartment for 3 people: it had a room with a double bed and a sofa-bed by the kitchen - both very comfortable. It’s a high-end accommodation, don’t be distracted by the name “hostel”.

I found it a bit expensive for 128€ for 3 people, it would’ve been more reasonable if it included breakfast.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful . Top Higiene and Deco ! Home from home . We have a child with special needs and the staff and accommodations where perfect , the staff was kind, helpful and wonderful human beings ! The check in was pleasant, fast and without any hustle . The young lady at the check in desk was by far one of the lost professional ,kind and non judgmental human we encountered in a while our many journeys through Portugal ! Top 5*

Perfect in every way !

The staff are excellent! I like the location too. Great for enjoying the historical old city. The front end staff spoke English perfectly to compensate for my lack of Portuguese.

The rain forecast shortened my stay but if I could recommend any improvements it would be better pictures on line. And more creative decore on the facade. The common area upstairs should have better tables and chairs, less of them would be ok.

I've not stayed in many hostels and I did stay in a private room but I thought that Villa Graca had much more of a feel of an upscale hotel than a hostel. The room was large and clean with a lovely view to the Graca church, staff were very friendly and helpful and it was nice to have a small common area to sit after check out whilst I was waiting for my bus. Breakfast was delivered in the morning in a nice little basket and they even made an effort to get it to me early so I could leave on the Camino. Thank you for a nice stay!
