Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Room was small but absolutely spotless. We really enjoyed the large outdoor spaces. Green spaces (trees and flowers) are beautiful and relaxing. Great pool area - one of outside pools is heated which is always a bonus. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. We recommend at least one meal at the restaurant! It is a place that breathes tranquility. Ideal to recharge batteries!

The zoo. I do not think that anyone enjoys to see animals in cages nowdays regardless how well they are looked after. Zoo area could be a great space for children' outdoor (water) activities

The facilities, the bungalow, the food, the animals. Everything was great, the staff was very helpful and when you stay in a bungalow you have room service without extra fees which is super handy. The massage was great and super easy to book as well as the restaurant. The zoo area is very fun for kids, they have a lot of animals and a trampoline!

There is a musical background, it would be great if it was a playlist. It is unfortunately a radio playing which sometimes is weird when there are ads or people speaking. The family bungalows are close to the road, sometimes we could hear the cars.

I believe that special at summer this hotel is amazing. Staining in bungalows is much more attractive. - beautiful area - sauna - jacuzzi - coffee for breakfast - staff team - restaurant - breakfast - cat on the territory - polite and helpful staff

- there is nothing to do around, no good restaurants - zoo, all pets look unhappy , dirty, in too small cage, can’t understand for what people are still doing it with animals and birds - if for attracting kids and families, put more active recreation areas, swings, etc. - not sure is someone speaks English, only one senhora (probably manager) was speak English when we needed help - swimming pool is more for kids

The hotel is ideal for a weekend getaway , especially with kids! Just one hour drive from Lisbon. Loved the territory, the facilities for kids: playground, kids room, the Zoo! , the trampoline and tennis area. The staff ia very friendly and the SPA was also great! Cannot wait go return in the summer time when the outdoor pools will be open. Also highly recommend visiting the nearby attraction Mira de Aire Caves, which is a hidden gem and just a 20 min drive from the hotel.

The bungalows were lovely and spacious! Beds were comfortable and the big spa bath was great. My little one loved the spa indoor pool although it did get a little busy. Carnival buffet dinner was amazing and great value. Animal area is sweet although they did look rather miserable. Would’ve love the chance to feed them with my little one but didn’t seem to have that option.

Massage wasn’t great. And at those prices, I’d expect the best! I was also shocked at the price of using the padel court and equipment. Personally, it should have either been free to use or a lower price. Restaurant is a bit souless, but food was nice

We received an upgrade to a bungalow, which turned our stay into an amazing experience. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay by two more nights at a fair price. The staff was exceptional—friendly and sociable, making our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was delightful. The on-site zoo was a wonderful bonus; we made it a routine to visit the animals every morning. Additionally, there are beautiful hiking trails starting right from the hotel, perfect for exploring the scenic surroundings. In the nearby villages, we found some charming restaurants with incredibly friendly and social locals, adding to the overall experience.

BREAKFAST Although the breakfast was generally good, it lacked fresh-made coffee and real orange juice, which was a bit disappointing. We received freshly made pancakes (crepes) on the first day, but not on subsequent days, even though new guests were being served them. On days when we were practically the only guests at the hotel, the breakfast offerings were noticeably reduced. BUNGALOW The terrace of the bungalow where we stayed could have benefited from more thorough cleaning. ZOO The zoo could use some warning signs for the meerkats. We witnessed a young toddler being attacked by one of them through the fence. Additionally, some of the silver bowls used for water or food were dirty.

Quiet place with nice infrastructures. Very confortable and pleasant stay in a nice Bungalow with a nice garden view. Good restaurant and good to see some animals next to the hotel. We had a great time there and with Tobias (the cat!) :)

Some works ongoing for an extra pool, it should look nice once it's done but almost no noise from it. The bycicles that were available to use can be hard to get (depending if someone took them already) and they need quite some maintenance. It should be better announced the obligation of swimming cap in welness.

The entire staff at the hotel was exceptionally welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Both dinner and breakfast were delightful, with a range of delicious options that satisfied everyone. This is an ideal spot for a family getaway, especially with the charming on-site farm where kids and adults alike can interact with friendly animals. The spa facilities are outstanding—well-equipped, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind. Overall, a fantastic experience that we’d highly recommend!

Absolutely charming hotel in a beautiful scenic location. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, from the moment we arrived to when we left. Our room was very well appointed and the bathroom excellent. Bathrobes and slippers provided which was especially useful for going down to the indoor pool. We had dinner in the restaurant, but only had a light meal from the snack menu but the service was still exemplary. We thought the drinks prices were also very reasonable. Breakfast was so good, a really extensive buffet. The hotel has lovely grounds and even a small farm with animals to visit. Loved it here.

The experience here was fantastic. The modern bungalo spacious and very clean, the beds very comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast were exceptional, not to mention the location, in the middle of the green and with a small zoo with animals including a deer, parrots, peacocks and others. The staff is so friendly and welcomed us with a smile, everything seems to be taken care of in detail. I highly recommend it.
