Excellent location, close to the attractions. The room was spacious, with comfortable pillows and clean beddings. Shower was big and user friendly. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and courteous, responded promptly to our requests and concerns. Order (unique name), the front desk person who greeted us, was extremely helpful in recommending places to see, timing, and restaurants to go around the area. The location was excellent, near the Basilica.

Perfect location near the cathedral--a pleasant walk to get there. There is a shop so it was a good place to see pretty souvenirs.

I don't remember anything negative other than figuring out how to get in the parking area and we got help from the front desk to figure that out.

Morning noise of the cleaning team in the corridors, before 8a.m. Pool dimensions are also small for the quality of the space.

Close to the sanctuary, very calm and quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, they accomodated all of our requests. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. A big plus was free private parking.

Both the breakfast and parking was good. We were completely satisfied.

There is no bidet in a bathroom and the bathroom ventilation did not work. The towel rack should be placed out of shower cabin. All of these issues are not of major drawbacks for a short stay, though for a long stay it could be inconvenient.

The hotel was very close to the area we wanted to visit and offered free parking. Reception staff were helpful, the room and bathroom were spacious and the aircon was a godsend. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Perfect hospitality & location within the city. It was a short walk 10-15 to the main Fatima chapel, church & square. The downtown shop’s & restaurants were within 5-10 minutes walking distance! A pool although not enough time to take advance of swimming.

A takeout for breakfast would have been nice for late risers.

Very nice accommodating staff , no stress easy going.

Beware of bus load of pilgrims they descend on breakfast buffet like locusts. Lift is very small so blocked for sometime.

Lovely modern hotel very competitively priced. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are light and comfortable. Restaurant offers good value with a great offering at breakfast. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
