I have been staying at this hotel regularly for a lot of years now. It is my home away from home. I always book the suite where I can do a bit of cooking and keep stuff in the fridge. The Staff are so good in this hotel. Professional, kind, and helpful. I mean all the staff from the reception to the lovely ladies who maintain and clean the rooms. The location is second to none, overlooking the Sanctuary but still at a nice distance from the noise. Very clean hotel, the Ladies keep the rooms in perfect order and you don't have to worry about anything. Everything is safe in the room here. Great Hotel.

Location. The hotel is 5 mins walk to the Fatima churches and chapels therefore I could go between these places easily. I could see the main church from my room as well as hear the bell 😀. My newly found favourite restaurant Casa Platano was 15 mins walk from the hotel and the local market Pingo Doce 20 mins walk. Breakfast. Simple but good quality. The croissants smell woke me up every morning 😀 Room. The size, bed and bathroom are more than good for me as a solo traveller. There is no fridge but it's winter so I didn't need cold drink.

Room 304 couldn't be locked from inside but this was not a security issue because no one without the key card could open the door to get in after the door was shut.

Location is excellent. Very close to the Apparition Chapel. Close to restaurants and bus station. Breakfast was very good with selection of meat cheese, fruits and yogurts. Also selection of cheerios and buns. Coffee was delicious: black, cappuccino or late and to finish off with still warm croissant and variety of sweets. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Ana was very kind She recommended and help us to book excursion to Grutas Moeda that was worthy to see. Definitely recommending this hotel to all.

The only thing is there is no one at the reception after 11 pm.

It was modern, such a comfortable large bed, and large selection of tv channels, that we watched when we were relaxing. Location excellent, being a couple of minutes walk to the sanctuary, and about a 7 minute walk to the bus station. There is a Pingo Doce (supermarket) that we found near the bus station, and was great for ready made sandwiches and hot takeout food, when you don’t want to go to a restaurant. There are lots of selection if you do want to dine out, and just nice to walk the area. Never for a second, did we feel unsafe. We took advantage of the small rooftop area that was one flight of stairs above us. Staff at front desk was very helpful in locating a self serve laundry for me, and a place to print out some documents. We never had breakfast there, so can’t comment on that.

Lovely rooms with a central location. I took this room on recommendation from other reviews and I was not disappointed. Cozy and comfy rooms. Lovely view of the cathedral from our room. Excellent value for money breakfast. We would recommend this accommodation. Loved our stay. Even looked after our luggage until we left.

It was close to the station but it was a bit of an uphill walk especially as we had an 85 year old with us. Ubers would not collect us from the bus station. Not the hotels problem.

Everything was perfect. Staff very friendly and good English Very near the church. Near the bus station. Good food store near the bus stop. Will definitely be back. Great shower and plenty of hot water.

Everything was perfect. If you have mobility issues stay on the 1st to 3rd floor as lift only goes as far as 3rd floor.

It’s a lovely hotel. The room was very very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the staff is very kind. The location is 5 minutes walking to the Basilica and very close to the main bus station. I’m planning to bring my family to visit Fatima, I’ll definitely book the hotel again!

Staff was brilliant, location was brilliant, literally come out of the hotel and you're right in the town centre., rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, Staff was very helpful, nice cosy and comfortable room, loved every minute of our stay,

Great location, value for money with good service. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice for all. The cost of the stay against the service, facilities, location and food was exceptional.

Downside if I had to be fussy, shower pressure and temperature not the best. Mold on the windowsill which could be rectified easily.

The location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima from the hotel. Almost every room has a view of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. There are many shops, cafés and restaurants just outside the hotel. It's well maintained. Very clean. Hygiene maintained. Friendly staff. Overall experience was superb. Would highly recommend this one.
