This was my first stay at this hotel, and I had a very pleasant stay... no regrets. The staff was SUPER friendly and welcoming... and helpful in offering restaurant suggestions in the area. Onsite parking was convenient.

Some of the room features could have been slightly better... The TV operation and remote was very confusing... I wish there was an extra chair in the family suite... some extra napkins next to the tea kettle... and a writing pad on the desk.

I think this hotel is great for your visit to the Fatima Sanctuary area. Location and price are the best attributes for this hotel. Walking distance to the Santuario de Fatima and you can even see the Basilica from your room. The hotel in general was very nice, just that the room was a little outdated but still confortable and had a good size. The hotel has parking and a restaurant. I would stay again here.

I didn't like much the tub.

Hotel location (5 min walking from the cathedral), cleanliness, staff, breakfast and free parking....all was perfect! We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was absolutely excellent. If we go back to Fatima it will be the first place I'll try to book.

Whenever I go to Fatima I stay at Hotel Anjo. It is exceptionally well located - easy walking distance to the sanctuary. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The parking is easily accessible and convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable and peaceful. I recommend it to everyone who asks.

Excellent location. In a quiet, safe neighborhood and yet very close and easy to get to the sanctuary. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. There is everything we need such as safety box, electric kettle. Breakfast is delicious and plenty of varieties. Dinner with good menu and delicious food. Server in the dining room is very pleasant, polite with good service. The setting and décor in the dining room is nice and pleasing. Will definitely go back to this hotel in future visits.

Proximity to Fatima church. Breakfast selection. Comfortable room.

Toilet would not always flush. Had to go downstairs to the counter and complain. Was told to hit side of toilet. Really, from a 4-star hotel? This is the second year that there was an issue with the toilet. Not acceptable.

Everything was top notch. From the wonderful breakfast to the cleanness of the rooms. The staff was also top notch very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back again and definitely highly recommended it.

overall the entire hotel is very clean and quiet although very close to the shrine. The shrine was walking distance - about 5/7 minutes The room was very nice and comfortable. staff too were friendly and supportive

As they provide an electic kettle they should prove tea/ coffee, milk and sugar

Staff are receptive of needs of a customer. Readily available. This hotel is at a walking distance to shrine, local relic market and foor street.

My room started to trip electricity which caused hassle for me at 11:30pm at night. But staff then moved me into s different room. I slept well and checked out the next day.

The location was excellent and just a very few easy and safe walking blocks away from the Basilica of the Holy Trinity! (We were happy "on the other side" of the Basilica away from a more busy hotel, commercial area.) This Hotel seems more in a residential area and not in a busy congested area. We had a late dinner and walked through a park area and then back on to the Basilica grounds and to the Hotel and it was so safe and quiet and peaceful ! We stayed in late March (off season) so the whole experience was very manageable. The front desk help was exceptional. We had a room on the ground level and very quiet at night. Parking appeared limited at the Hotel but safe and well lighted very close to walking in to the Hotel.

Very happy with our stay but a short time of a barking dog down the street at night. Otherwise very quiet. Had a small issue trying to adjust the air conditioning. Room was very modern and very clean. Excellent location and easy walk to our planned destinations.
