We arrived a little early but the helpful lady at the reception desk allowed us to leave our luggage in a side room till it was time for us to check in. The souvenir shop is connected to the guest house and one can access the lift through the shop. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The attached bathroom was lockable. The shrine is a short walk away through the nearby car park.

The fridge provided in the common area for the use of guests is way too small. We opened it in the hope of purchasing something to put in there and found it already crammed to the max. I also found the washbasin in the bathroom a bit small so one has to be careful when having a wash.

Location of the place is the best I could have imagined- just by the sanctuary. Very helpful host, gave and explained me the map, answered my questions, was overall very welcoming. The room is clean and nice, bed is comfy, shower was perfect. It was unforgettable stay and I will recommend it to all my friends who will visit Fatima!

Perfect location 5min walk to Sanctuarium, and 2min walk to local shops&restaurants. Basic room with bathroom, perfect for short stay.

Customer service on reception needs improvement. Toiletry - original bottles from Rituals with cheap soap refilled :(

Amazing location. Is connected to a lovely restaurant with excellent service & great prices. Clean and great value.

Cleaning uses products that are highly perfumed. I needed to have my own pillow and blankets the first 2 nights and had to keep bedding shut in unused closet.

The location is amazing—it's right near the Sanctuary. The room and bathroom were both very clean. If you want to book a room, call the property directly if you can because Booking charges you a bit more. If I had known that before, I would have saved some euros. The property has really good prices for the services it offers.

Reception was rather abrupt, especially with language as we do not speak/understand Portuguese

The bed lining was perfect, soft and clean, with softener smell. Location is perfect for those who are visiting Santuário de Fátima. Is literally a step from it. Staff was really helpful and friendly with our late check in. Really helpful.

As I have pregnant bump we got a small bath area, but we're told after that they could change us if I had let them know.

As I have special dietary needs, had to cook meals. Would have been helpful to have containers to use to heat food in microwave.

Location was excellent very close to the Sanctuary. You can see the Basilica from the balcony of our room and hear the church bell rings.

No fridge in the room but there is a common fridge in the kitchen, no water for drinking.
