We had our room upgraded to another hotel close by, so this review is actually to Lux Fatima Park. The room was excellent and very confortable. More than I expected from what I have booked. We couldn't use the perks of this 4 stars upgraded hotel though because of lack of time.

I always book a place where we would have a way to prepare the kids' milk bottles, such as a fridge and a microwave. This place (Lux Fatima Park) had a fridge and kitchen but no microwave. It was a shame because that generates a big hassle in going downstairs several times and ask the busy receptionists to warm up milk for us. In a place with such great facilities that was a bit awkward. Apart from this special case everything (especially staff) was excellent!

Everything! The staff was very welcoming and the higiene was very good. The breakfast was good and delicious. It was also very close to the Sanctuary (walking distance) which was a pro. Parking is also close and free 24 hours. I would definitely recommend!

There is nothing that I didn't like, I would definitely stay here again.

A few meters away from The Basilica of our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima. Hotel was very clean both inside our room and in common areas. We were surprised to see we that we have a reserved table for our breakfast buffet. The coffee machine has espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate and decaf coffee options. Several choices of fruits : water melon, kiwi, sliced oranges, honey dew melon. The bread were freshly made. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

Room was lovely, a/c problem fixed quickly by moving us to another room. The staff were amazing. From reception to dining room to cleaning. All great. A special thanks to David for helping with some printing. The staff were doing about 3 things at once. Reception, then helping with breakfast. So sometimes reception was unattended. Tell you boss, need more staff!

Dear Madam / Sir: We stayed in room 203 on 26 and 27 September. A wall light by the table always blocks the way. During the night, when we got up to use the toilet, it always hit our heads. I suggest that the wall light be removed. Best regards, Jinn-Fa Jiang (Sylvester)

In the city center, close to everything, fabulous breakfast, very clean, the Alecrim hotel was the best choice

Breakfast was adequate enough to start the day. The location to the Santuario was an 8 min walk, excellent. The staff was very attentive to our needs and were very helpful. The room was in good condition.

A little upgrade on the shower could help.

Great Location, staff was very helpful. Parking isn't an issue , ask the staff and they will direct you to free parking.

No complaints.

Very kind receptionist, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast, enough parking space at the shrine, which is very close, good air-condition.

We were informed a day before arriving that we had been upgraded to Lux Fatima Park hotel. It was a very comfortable stay and we could check in early A kettle was arranged for us when we requested for it.
