Actually I was rehoused at hotel Imper so this review does not apply to Villa Fatima hotel. Beatriz the receptionist is amazing. Please pass her my thanks. In an ideal world every hotel would have a Beatriz. My room was excellent and very cheap.

Nothing. Other receptionists than Beatriz were just average, not particularly friendly, made me wait, average at customer service.

Juan Diego at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and lovely. I loved how close I was to the Basilica, restaurants, and the walkway to the children's houses, which I highly recommend. I felt so safe and comfortable here as a single traveler. The price is so reasonable compared to Lisbon.

I couldn't figure out how to make it warmer at night if it was a little chilly. There were extra blankets, so it was no problem

I loved the room, the towels and bed sheets were clean, no weird smell from them like I found in other accomodations. I had a balcony and view on the street and plenty of sunlight coming through which was nice. It was a quiet area so no trouble sleeping. The WiFi could be low at times so had to use data. The top of the toilet seat was broken, it just fell at a certain point, same for the bin. However no major issues. I loved staying there and would come back.

The location was ideal—within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and only 25 minutes from the hotel to Jacinta’s house. There are souvenir shops all around the hotel, and plenty of restaurants right outside to choose from. We could see the Basilica of Our Lady of Fatima right from our room.

I just wish there was a kettle in the room – it would’ve been really handy.

The location was great; it was just minutes away from the sanctuary and by shops and restaurants. My room with a balcony was comfortable and relaxing, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The sitting room in the front lobby was well-furnished and spacious. The staff were amiable and helpful.

I was disappointed that I couldn't use the room telephone to make local calls. Also, the pillows were too hard and spongy for my comfort.

Accomodation is very important when we travel to different places. The hotel is not so far from the Church, the room was clean and the good staff members who send the message quickly and help out. Specially due to charging points, they gave the mobile charger to charge. Totally I had comfortable stay.

We ask the receptionist if we can leave our backpack at the reception since we still have to take the train to Aljustrel, she did not allow to leave our bags at the reception instead, she allowed us to check out at 1130 and will charge us €20 if we will be late, but unfortunately the train took so long that we arrived at the hotel around 1140 but did not charge at all

This is what I imagine a 5 star hotel to be like. Wow!! I spoke directly to 2 receptionists and found them to be very helpful and decent people. The type of people you would hope to find in a pilgrimage destination. The modest price for such a high standard reflects I feel the genuine desire to welcome pilgrims. Thank you very much.

The location is perfect! Just a few meters away from the Sanctuary. Our room also has the view of Sanctuary, which is really nice. Since it is quite near, we can hear the bells and on going novena from our room. Our room also fits 3 adults, which is quite nice. They also cleaned our room every day. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and without any problem at all. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Fatima.

the room was very clean, the guy in the reception very nice, the location was perfect.

The cleaning stuff was making a lot of noise in the corridor, talking very loudly, before the hour of the check out, while we and other guests were still in our rooms. it was the only point that could be better. the rest-perfect.
