The location was perfect, less than 1km from the sanctuary. The car parking is a plus, we left the car and did everything on foot! The restaurant next door is a good choice for people arriving at dinner time. We didn’t have to walk or look that much after a long day and prices are reasonable. Staff is always helpful

An improvement in soundproofing the rooms would be a good idea, as in the morning we can hear everything from outside (cleaning ladies talking and doing the chores, people talking…) We didn’t buy with breakfast option because we wanted to rest a bit longer, but it wasn’t possible due to the noise.

room was small; shower curtain - easy for water to come out onto floor; I forgot my tiny bottle of shampoo; restaurant required reservation; after the hotel receptionist's recommendation that food was good, we wanted to eat there, but unfortunately they could not accommodate us.

Standard neat hotel. Cleaned every day, changed towels and added soap products. There are two glasses. The mattress is old but tolerable. No air conditioning but it was cool at night so didn't need it. There is a battery and warm blankets. There was also a terrace in the room. Normal TV with a good set of channels. There is also free parking.

No hair dryer. Wifi is there, but sometimes does not work well. Would like to have chairs on the terrace. There is no safe. The receptionists don't speak English well.

Well, the breakfast could be improved. The front desk staff was amazing.

Oh, on the fourth floor the hall lights flickered; or turned off completely before one could gain entrance to their room.

Staff are all friendly and can communicate well. Location is a good walk to the center and eateries. They also offer storage room for your bags while waiting for your check in /out time.

Elevator will not work if someone forgets to close outer second door- not sure why there are two doors.

Good location. Carla at the reception was very friendly. The room we had was comfortable and very clean.

There was another lady at the reception who acted like we were a bother. She was very unwelcoming.

Lighting in the room is not pleasant at all, they just need to change light bulbs. Also no AC so i guess it gets quite hot in the summer. Other than that you can not ask more for the price.

Although it has only 2 starts, the hotel were well cleaned and the facilities made me feel confortable.

I think they could have more options of proteín in the breakfast.

well located. the receptionist Katia was very friendly and helped us a lot during our visit. we couldn’t find a taxi to the bus station and she offered and drives us to the station in her personal car. An angel!!!

Stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Fatima in the future. Clean room and washroom. Bed comfortable and clean. Hotel and room smelled good as it was a non-smoking facility. Quiet area. Friendly staff. We were able to leave our bags after check out. Perfect location, a few minutes walk from the Sanctuary and many gift shops nearby.

Pillow a bit hard.
