Quite a religious hotel. I know it was Fatima but the guy in reception was quite biblical and even handed us a prayer and then prayer beads when we checked out. The breakfast was a little sparse, didn’t bother me but my partner likes a good breakfast. The beds weren’t made up properly, there was linen missing, no quilt cover on one bed.

We only stayed for the night, but it was a great experience. We were welcomed by Cecilia late night (about 1 am) and she was very sweet, kind and helpful. Our room’s full bed was super comfy and it was exactly what we needed for the night. There was a side room with 2 single beds with another private bathroom (so there were 2 private bathrooms in the room that we stayed, which was great, because we are traveling with my in laws. The hotel has free parking. The Sanctuary of Fatima is very close to the hotel. It’s about 10 mins or less walking from there. It was a very short stay because we were on our way to Porto, but I would definitely stay longer.

It was a pleasure to be staying at this hotel. It is well located with many restaurants, cafes and shops around. By walk, it's about 10 minutes from the Sanctuary of Fatima and 1 minute from the "Way of the Shepherds" (also know as Via Sacra). The host, Sergio, is very friendly, welcoming and inspiring. The breakfast was delicious, with fantastic homemade cakes. I highly recommend this hotel and will soon return!

Hotel is very convenient situated for the Shrine and houses of Little Shepherds. The breakfast is buffet style with wide selection of sweet and savoury dishes. The rooms have simple decor, terrace and are very clean. However, what makes this hotel like no other is the high-quality service. You may stay in one of the four-star hotels in the area, but you won't get such a service. A true hospitality from heart. Thank you, Sergio.

A clean and nice hotel very close to the center. The man at the reception was very nice and eager to give us enough materials about Fatima. He even printed something so that we would have it in our language.

Location you only need to cross the road to enter Via Sacra and easy walking distance to Fatima Sanctuary Staff friendly and accommodating. Sergio is a super host. Flight was delayed more than 2 hours and was able to check in at 2 am.

This hotel one of the favourites in Fatima as we had stayed in few. Welcoming staff, very good breakfast, clean room, not far from centre.
