The reception was very busy when we arrived, a coach had just arrived, but, despite being in a stressful situation, the receptioist was calm and helpful. She also had to run the bar, which fortionately was not too busy.

Although functional, the furniture in the room was dated and the ceiling was just below the ceiling, so watching TV was a strin on the neck. We were in a disabled person room, which is what we requested, it had a small balcony, but to get to it, you had to manually force up the shutter as there was no hand cord. The room was also quite noisy, we were above the restaurant, and guests started eating at 7.30, which was a bit early for us.

Staff working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast offered variety of options and was not boring. Even the location was okay. only 10-12 minute walk to the sanctuary. On site parking was a plus too.

the only thing that I 'did not like' was no fridge in the room. i like to prepare my food in the room and keep my beer cold and here I could not do that. not a big deal but I like my beer cold.

Since we couldn't find a dedicated charging point in the room, we used the TV's power outlet to charge our mobile devices. 😅😅

All the staff, from reception, cleaners and at breakfast was excellent. Old hotel but not tacky, we'll looked after. Good bedding and clean. Breakfast was included in a very reasonable price and was good. Location excellent, walking distance to attractionse attractions

Unfortunately at night there was a smell in the bathroom coming through vents or downpipes.

Great value, location to Basilica is within walking distance. The price included breakfast. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner seemed to have a timer so I had to get up and open the door to the balcony during the night, because we were too warm.

At check in we were informed that the elevator was not working beyond the 4th floor. We were on the 5th floor. We asked if there was a possibility to accommodate us to any the lower floors. We had 2 grandparents with difficulty climbing strays, a baby and a large amount of luggage. Receptionist refuse to look in to our request. Other then this issue the everything was as expected.

A plus of the hotel is its location – close to the sanctuary, bars, and grocery stores. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty (except for the coffee). Good value for money. I recommend it.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway and the room above.

It’s a lovely place with all the conveniencies, open all the time. We were delighted with the friendly and helpful staff as well as with the breakfast food there. It’s located quite close to the Basilica, just a 7-minute walk.

Breakfast was absolutely Amazing and Awesome. The staffs are truly professional, Helpful, kind and Great. The staffs at the FRONT DESK and at the Restaurant are so KIND , Helpful and Courteous.

I cant give a negative comments. All were good and indeed the whole stay was awesome and amazing.

Everything except the new cleaning product : )

A new cleaning product they were using (as this was not my first time there) and it was horribly intense and toxic, couldn't breath in room, had to sleep with sliding doors wide open in winter and still smelt intensilly in morning. Extremely friendly STAFF had no solution as all rooms smelt of it but MANAGEMENT spoke to me in morning and promised to get rid of it , so you safe : ) You in good hands! It's a very well managed hotel and a great experience all round every time!!!
