Close to the city and Santuário of Fátima

The staff member on duty could be a bit more friendly and more helpful. We checked in 15 minutes after the check in time. They sent us to a room that was not clean so we asked for another room and she told us there was nothing available. After waiting for a bit I suggested that we don’t mind having a double room. Another staff member looked into that and she found us a room with in a few minutes and it was exactly what we booked. Thanks to the staff member who showed up for a later shift. The staff in the restaurant were very nice

The hotel exceeded all expectations, providing a perfect stay from start to finish. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and fulfilling, offering a delightful culinary experience. The staff were incredibly kind, always greeting guests with warm smiles that made us feel truly welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the Sanctuary of the Lady of Fatima, supermarkets, souvenir shops, various other shops and also the bus terminal. The exceptional service and cozy atmosphere made the hotel worth every penny, especially considering the surprisingly affordable price.

Very friendly staff. All very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with friendly waitresses. Perfect location to visit The Sanctuary which was the purpose of our visit. Easy street parking outside the hotel. We had two rooms, the room with a balcony was very nice if one is lucky to have it..

My request for twin beds wasn't met at first and they gave us two double beds rooms instead, but the young lady at the reception sorted this problem and changed our rooms. The room without a balcony isn't as nice as the one with a balcony.

It was very close to the Shrine, about 7 mins walk. Aldi nearby, 3 mins walk, local Market on Sat around 10 mins walk . The hotel staff was very friendly with no exceptions ( a big thank you to the receptionist Maria) :)). Nothing was ever a problem.

I was there with my mum and we both thought the amount of food for breakfast was not enough. We had to ask for more butter, cheese and ham nearly everyday. The amount of certain food was for one person not for two. This is the only issue we had with the hotel. It was great apart from that! :)

Loved the breakfast! The staff was also very friendly, and I was positively surprised to find they even had an electric charger on the premises for the EV that I had rented. It was also quite close to the Basilica so I was able to walk everywhere while my car charged.

I wish I could've stayed for another night :) The staff pointed out a few other locations nearby that unfortunately I didn't have time to visit - but I'll be sure to come back soon to do so! Maybe the weather will also be nicer next time, because I was a bit unlucky with that.

It is very noisy at night till 2AM as the hotel was located next to a restaurant & pub and it there was a large crowd of people talking and laughing loudly. There is also no kettle in the room or complimentary water bottle. It would be nice to have a kettle so that we can put ourselves a nice cup of tea during the day

I recently toured France, Spain & Portugal on my motorcycle. On the basis of reasonable security for my bike, I selected each of my accommodation stops with this in mind and I certainly found it here with a great underground car park in Fatima. As I had arranged parking for my bike which was provided as part of the room charge. The garage was limited in space and I felt very privileged to be sharing such a space with some wonderful classic cars owned by the hotel. The car park at the rear of the hotel was very large, well lit and secure. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The Hotel itself was very comfortable, the room was great, very clean and the large bed was great. The Hotel location was really good especially for the nearby Basilica. The Continental Breakfast was inclusive of the room charge and served at your table by lovely waitresses and lots of it. I really liked staying at the Hotel Azinheira, very good value.

The Hotel did not have a Dinner option.

Location was good, located on a street to the rear side of the Santuary of Fatima. Beds were comfortable but dated and room was clean. Only downside was that the hotel was full of bus loads of noise tour groups. Funny that it was a bunch of rowdy elderly people. Road noise was also noticeable at night. Overall, it was not bad for the price and location.

I spent seven nights with my friend at the hotel. it was clean friendly meals were served to us at the table breakfast and evening meal. Good choice of gluten free food.

The only down side to our visit was a rather noisy and rude bus group. You couldn't have a conversation with friends who were at the same table

Perfect room for a stay in Fatima. Really close to the sanctuary, around the corner shop, restaurants. Very nice staff. :) room was Perfect :)

There could be a kettle in the room. Breakfast for us was tasty and sufficient (served), but my dad would probably be hungry.🙈🤣
